here is my text from fedex i received and when i click on it it shows delivered tomorrow by 8PM. shipping from Texas this is for my 7+ matte black 256GB. my brother ordered later friday afternoon and had delivery date of 10/07-10/14 and said backorder last night and also got a confirmation that he will have it tomorrow. So there is hope for some still waiting for shipping confirmation

WTF. I ordered @ 0302 with a delivery date of 9/23-9/30. YOu ordered after it and got tracking? plus 9/17 is Saturday.

*Weird situation. I added a 7th line to my account for my brother and the order went through, but I found an email in my spam folder a few days ago from ATT saying "Action Required" for my order and that it will cancel if it is not resolved by Friday, September 16, 2016. Has anyone else had "Action Required"? I spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday and was transferred 5 times (ended up in the Econ department, which was the department I started in) and nothing has been fixed.

This happened to me, but I received that email on the 9th for my sister's 7 matte black. I called Friday afternoon, they told me to wait 24 hours and see what happens. Called Saturday, got it resolved in 20 minutes with the first person I spoke to

Just remember... that AT&T's fort worth warehouse is there for a reason. The FedEx hub can take packages for overnight up to 10pm there.

I've been lurking the forums for a while decided to sign up and join the convo. Preordered 7+ 128gb in reg. black at 3:30 AM Pittsburgh time. 9/23-30 shipping window. Haven't heard anything since.

I'm in central pennsylvania but I haven't heard anything yet. I'm assuming it will be last minute tracking. We must be close enough to where the phones are being collected to get there overnight.

If this make you all feel any better, I didn't get my 7+ 32gb Matte or my 7+128gb Matte ordered until Saturday afternoon! So to hear that you all that burned the Midnight oil(PDT) aren't getting them is really disheartening. I guess my original ship dates of Oct 7-14 are looking a little more likely.

I ordered on Sunday 128 7+ matte black. Oct 14-21 dates. Not a problem. I'm under no illusions of getting by tomorrow. BUT my hold dropped from my bank acct this am & order status was acting weird today like maybe some activity may be going on.
I'd say I'm cautiously optimistic at this point. I'd be ecstatic if I got it by next Friday.

If those UPS planes are coming in from Louisville, they have iPhones on them. I spoke to a UPS driver who's been with the company for over 20 years, who told me every inch of UPS cargo space possible is being diverted to Apple shipments for the next few days.

Theres a UPS Boeing 747 due into Anchorage from Hong Kong in about two hours. Maybe (I can hope) we will see a flood of updates.

Gold 7 plus 256GB at 2:59am Est ship Sept 23 - 30
Black (matte) 7 plus 128GB at 3:03am Est Ship Sept 23 - 30

So far no movement.

You're the first person I've seen on here that ordered the 7P Gold 256GB. I was starting to think no one ordered that color but yet it hasn't shipped.

I ordered just a minute(2:58am EST) before you and received the same dates.

Waiting on a 7+ 32gb Black Matte. Ordered 9/9 2:58am or 3:07am EST, depending on which portal you look at. Shipping date 9/30-10/7 and has not changed.

I've tried to get in touch with my local store for hours now to no avail - they're just not answering the phone. Any recommendations?

So my recommendation is to just go wait it out at your busiest location. So if a customer called my store and I said anything but "we have limited quantities" then I would be fired. We are not allowed to disclose inventory numbers for a multitude of reasons. You might get them to tell you what colors they have, but other than that you won't get much info over the phone. Sorry
