I am still holding on to a little hope. I have my case and screen protector coming from Amazon prime and it still hasn't shipped or the label even been created. Also I have NBA 2k17 coming tomorrow from Amazon prime and that also doesn't have a label. I still think that if someone that ordered after us and has received tracking that we will also.

yea i ordered friday morning around 9:30AM i was expecting to receive it on the dates it gave me when i order which was 9/23-9/30
Right but were talking about people who ordered at 8am and after the day after getting shipped and skipped over all of the 3 to 4am orders which we are still in "pending shipment" hell.
That's just not right, and ATT is just pissing people off this year more than normal.
Same message I'm still getting with the *6737# thing... Same phone order as well...

I know I literally just signed up for this site, but that was the only way I could update everyone on my progress. I was able to preorder a Silver 7+ 128GB by 3:00am (EST) on the 9th but was given a Sep 23 - Sep 30 shipment date. Up until maybe an hour ago, my order status said "Preparing for Shipment" but when I used the *6737# method, I was told that my order was backordered.
I literally JUST got an email saying my shipment is on it's way and I can expect it by tomorrow (9/16) via FedEx. I live on the East Coast. For all those with shipping dates later than tomorrow, it seems like there's still hope.
My order page has been updated to say shipping as well and FedEx says my package has been picked up from Memphis, TN

I did speak to a rep that morning that said their "trade-in" portal was down until that morning anyway. If you're on NEXT and had to return your current phone via trade theres reason to suspect it didn't get processed until everything in the morning anyway.
Yeah I get that point they probably got overwhelmed and just started doing lottery draws after a few preorders. I was on the site and app the site had a countdown so whenever that finished I did the process as fast as I could had to go through the upgrade questions etc
Looks like staying up late to preorder doesn't do a damn f***ing bit of good...
6:37pm... I am losing hope for launch day delivery. Here's to all of you!
This pisses me the F*CK off, why have a preorder event, and have it at 3AM on the east coast, and those who stayed up that late not get their phones on launch day, while others who ordered at 8AM or later on Friday are getting theirs tomorrow. ATT and Apple both messed up big time.
So pissed right now I can barely stand it... ATT charges hundreds of dollars per month depending on how many lines you have... and they can't even get a f***ing phone out to you on time.... so done with this s***
think that 256 gb is holding ya back. i think you should get it by tonight since they were shipping 32 128 and then 256
That makes them just sound EVEN MORE incompetent that everything was down on the biggest sales day of the year.
Same reason my damn order didnt finally go through until 4:29am EST; their damn upgrade portal took almost 1.5 hours of erroring out to check out.
ATT.com lost my future orders already. First and only time ever ordering anything from their site.

I am not seeing any movement on my Phone. But this was the sole reason I had to wait till morning and my happy ass was up at 3am. Got my watch and wound up falling asleep on the refresh button. Woke up in the morning and thats what they told me.
It's all good thought. I was really hoping for a launch day delivery. I'm totally bummed, disappointed... but! It will come, so, all said and done not the end of the world
some 128 gb people still don't have shipments so - I don't know how this theory holds true.
10pm Central is the cutoff for FedEx in Dallas. Worst case, shipment will hit Memphis at 12:06am and then be en route to you after that. I am sure some (or all) of us will be watching the various flight tracking websites tonight.
