So....I haven't had any shipment information I've been PFS for a bit now, but I opened the fedex app randomly and this happened. When I click ok it's my order number....anyone have any idea or experience this?

if you don't get a delivery date tomorrow, you could get S

FedEx Delivery Manager told me my shipment got rescheduled for Saturday but FedEx.com tracking info AND AT&T both say tomorrow delivery :/

how were you able to even reschedule your delivery? i want to do "hold for pickup" but its greyed out

Still can't believe only 5 iPhones will be available at that store tomorrow.

Imagine:

"We are so sorry Mr and Mrs customer but we only has 5 iPhones for the day.... uhhh such incredible demand for the new iPhone 7...... wait!

What is the shipper reference? You don't have to put what yours is,but what is it? Your phone number? Your order number?

In my case it's a 6 digit number that I don't recognize. It's not my phone number, nor my order number.

Im kind of upset, everyone talking about how they all got tracking numbers and I'm just here like.. "why did i even bother waking up at 2:50AM?" Well I guess ill "Hope" for the best tomorrow.
Btw I'm in Miami Florida.

I think you'll be fine, I kept getting the same text, so I think the text portion is messed up, because if I log into Delivery Manager from a computer it shows the 16th, If I just the tracking number is shows the 16th and of course AT&T shows the 16th.

I don't want to shoot down people's hopes but in the past there have been no deliveries on Saturday unless it's a reschedule from Friday. Best thing now is to hope for a tracking number over the weekend with a delivery Monday - Friday.

Yea your correct no Saturday delivery since att ships with next day ( weekday deliver ) only unless they sent it with weekend delivery option. You can contact local hub and Se if they can let you swing the package from them on Saturday . Most likely you will get it on Monday.

[doublepost=1473997972][/doublepost]I don't see more flights to tx either

Hopefully early tomorrow anyone that had beeen queued up early enough in the preorder process will finally have a tracking number and a firm delivery date, myself included. I hope to post a shipment update tomorrow on my forthcoming 7 plus.

As someone mentioned earlier in this thread, aside from the Apple Watch launch, this is defintely one I'll look to put behind me....

Everyone else enjoy your new device tomorrow and don't forget to come up for air--post a pic or two!

After we have tracking of course :)

Cheers,

R

The only issue with this is that the order in which you access AT&T's web site may not correspond at all to the order in which upstream billing and processing systems line up the orders.

Frankly, macrumors.com is a high-enough profile site that we ought to get some visibility into this ordering process by someone in the know. It'd be nice to get that perspective.

I contacted Buzzfeed earlier today and asked them to look at this thread because I think it would make a great, funny web video.

After a lot of consideration, I finally decided to just wait. I was going to cancel my Oct 14-21 order for the Jet Black 128 GB 7+, wake up early, go to the nearby AT&T store that told me they'd have +s in stock "of everything but Jet Black" - but why not wait and get the phone I want? Sure, it might take a month, but it could literally be a matter of a day or two extra if it ends up arriving early next week. Why totally blow up my plans and get a lesser (in my view, since I have a color preference for the first time in a few generations) phone just because it could take a little extra time? I'll ultimately have it for a year, might as well make it count.
