I ordered the 7+ Matte black 128 gig at 11:46 PST- yesterday it went into backorder status with the shipping date of 9/23 to 9/30 this afternoon around 3 PM Pacific time I got the email saying that it shipped with the tracking number delivery tomorrow so don't lose hope
You ordered yesterday and you're getting it tomorrow? Damn lol..
 
So I just noticed something. I ordered my phone on 9/9 at 11:55am but this picture of my order status states that I didn't order until 9/10 at 12:45pm. Anybody know the reason for this?
Same happened to me. I ordered at 1:53 am on 9/9 but didn't get confirmation email until sat at 11:07 so hey changed my order date and time to the date and time they sent the email. Same happened o my daughter.

I had to check mine after reading this. No movement , and I ordered a MINUTE after you... Good Luck

Ugh! That is so frustrating!!! This is my first experience with at&t and I'm not pleased.

Ditto to that....I orders the 6 and 6 plus through the Apple website and I don't know why I decided to order from AT&T this year, but I am still "preparing to ship" for 7+ 256 Matte Black. I ordered @ 4:05am EST on 9/9. No changes or statues updates since 9/9. Says it will ship 9/23-9/30.

seriously **** at&t for this **** , i originally ordered 128gb black 7+ at 09/09/2016 at 3:01:22 AM EDT. for whatever reason the order was saying action required and not showing up in their system so i was told they had to cancel the order and redo it but i wouldnt lose my ship date which was 09/23/2016 To 09/30/2016 . I didnt see any new order until today when i checked and i have a new order and of course 10/07/2016 To 10/14/2016 ship date now

WTF. I ordered 9/9 a few minutes after 3am and my order date says 9/11

Same here , I ordered my iPhone 7+ matte black 128g at 1:50pm on the 9th and mine shipped today
 
AT&T is SO lame. Customer service closed at 10:00pm the night before iPhone launch date. No live chat available, people getting shipping confirmation who ordered hours and even days later than others who stayed up late to preorder, absolutely ZERO correspondence for a week after ordering, preparing to ship two weeks out? Really AT&T? This is BY FAR the worst customer experience I have ever had in nearly a decade of preordering iPhones (always from Apple, boy did I learn my lesson) and this my first and last time I'll ever order anything from this lame company. I clearly intend to let them know it so they can laugh and say "we really don't care", which is obviously their attitude. They need to get out of the preorder business as they simply don't have the ability or will to do it properly. Never, ever again AT$T (yes, I purposely used the dollar sign there). Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. You shan't get another shot at totally ***** up my order ever again.
