I've been following this thread since this morning and so far i think i have seen maybe one jet black that was either delivered or received shipping info. Anyone else have info on the jet black? My delivery date is oct 14-21

same delivery dates, jet black 128 plus. no updates since the very beginning.
 
Geeeez. Still nothing on Jet Black 128GB +???? You'd think we'd have seen one of these phone ship by now...
 
I've had every iPhone (since the 3g) on launch day except this one. I ordered my black matte, 256 gb, iPhone 7+ on 09/09 @ 2:00.24 AM. Although it wasn't promised today, AT&T has always come through in the past. It feels like I was stood up for a date. Disappointed. Maybe it's time for AT&T and I to part ways. :(
They have bungled this thing from the start. First some idiot let's the site go live 15 minutes early, so everyone who ordered early has been pushed back behind those who ordered after 3:00am. Then the site goes down at 2:00am Pacific for alleged scheduled site maintenance. Now who in their right mind would schedule routine site maintenance on an iPhone preorder night? Then their live chat becomes unavailable, their CS closed at 10:00pm, their CS reps have no idea what is going on, ridiculous ship date windows are sent out to people with no delivery dates. Phones that haven't even been manufactured yet are put in some BS status called "preparing to ship"...mine for over 8 days now. How can a phone that doesn't exist be "preparing to ship"? Then, to top it off, they start sending delivery dates to people who ordered hours, and even days before others who stayed up late to preorder.
No, this was a total and complete screwup by ATT. I'll never purchase from them again. They make no direct profit off the sale of the phone, and treat this whole thing like one big PITA, and it shows.
 
I'm a newbie and I've been following this thread for the last few days. I ordered the 256gb 7+ jet black on 9/9 at 3:24am. I understand the frustrations that everyone is expressing. I understand that I was not promised a launch day delivery, hence why I wasn't upset over not receiving my phone today. Until now. My boyfriend decided 2 days ago that he would upgrade to the 7+ 128gb matte black. He just got his delivered 20 minutes ago. He ordered 2 days ago....no rhyme or reason to the order in which these phones are being shipped. :(

I'm a newbie and I've been following this thread for the last few days. I ordered the 256gb 7+ jet black on 9/9 at 3:24am. I understand the frustrations that everyone is expressing. I understand that I was not promised a launch day delivery, hence why I wasn't upset over not receiving my phone today. Until now. My boyfriend decided 2 days ago that he would upgrade to the 7+ 128gb matte black. He just got his delivered 20 minutes ago. I read a article the other day that jet black is completely sold out, yet i havent seen anyone get there hands on one in here yet but that would be the reason based on color
 
I received my pretty iPhone 7 256GB matte black at 11am CT. It looks like the AT&T activation servers are destroyed right now. Has anyone else had luck activating?

edit: nvm, I gave up and just swapped sim cards.
 
It seems like people who ordered from Apple as opposed to from AT&T are getting their phones first. I have seen a few people say they got a tracking number for their jet black +. But every single one of them that I have seen purchased through Apple and not AT&T.

Exactly. Makes me wonder if I should've just stayed on the site. My mom even gets her phone before me and I ordered hers like 20 minutes after mine....but ordered hers from the Apple site.

How did he go about ordering? I have the same model on order, and no luck so far.
