I agree. It's insane the number of preorders placed after all the 3am-4am (EST) people that have shipped and then theres us, just sitting around getting screwed.

Lol!!! Oh man, you have no idea. I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get the order uncancelled. Finally they reordered it and did an override on the shipping dates. They gave me my original delivery dates.

Do you think they have different allotments for different customer account types or regional? Because this is clearly not first come first serve...

I don't know, I'm a premier business account and I'm in the same boat as non business accounts but my customer service experience was a lot better than some I've seen. However during the outage I appear to have been connected to a regular customer service rep he was rude as all get out and seemed to hate his job lol

Hey man same phone as you. I had 9/23-9/30 shipping dates and mine just went to back ordered today. Did yours go to that before it shipped. I've been seeing a lot of peoples have been going to that right before they got tracking

Unlikely, just not honoring first in first out as their own policies state, likely because of the volume.

As I said a few posts up there are 12 flights in the next 12 hours to Louisville where they come in from China.

I bet most will still get them before 9/23 and ATT will go "oh look we're early!" Not that it will make people forget this nightmare

It sure seems like it, Ive honestly been looking for a pattern. Only thing I can think of at this point is region based. A lot of shipments going to Ohio/MO area and I haven't seen many south TX/LA area.. But i bet I'm wrong there also lol
