.....and how long after 3:39 on 09/09 did you order? Since everyone that ordered the same damn phone after me gets theirs first...
Thank you! Might have to make a trip tomorrow, I also ordered plus black 128 on bright and early on the 9th and status have not changed and att customer service is plain rude and has to intention to help you
Did any of you get the Mobile Insurance for $6.99/month when you ordered your iPhone? I got that instead of Applecare and AT&T sent me this text the other day:
"AT&T Free Msg: The insurance requested to cover your new device is not yet active. To complete your enrollment, locate and insert the SIM card that shipped with your device and visit att.com/activations to finish the setup process. Otherwise, your insurance request will be canceled 52 days from the request date. Thanks for choosing AT&T."
Would anyone know if it's possible that my ordered could be delayed due to this?
I can't activate the insurance yet since my iPhone hasn't arrived yet (obviously).

I called them too cancel and told them to reverse the upgrade on my ride too the store had no problem checking out
I just got a shipping confirmation from FedEx. Says it should be here by Thursday, was just picked up in Texas. 7+ 267gb rose gold. Just waiting on confirmation for the second phone I ordered

My dad order iPhone 7 128 GB Mattel back at the At&t store with iPhone 6 trade in he will get by the end of this month
I'm in Tallahassee as well and ordered the same thing at 3:14am. No word for me yet....
Why won't the 6737 thing work for me? No matter which option I try, I always get the same "unable to retrieve order details..." msg.
That went a lot smoother than anticipated! Placed a reservation for a 32GB MB 7 Plus for 4:30, cancelled my AT&T order before heading over to my local apple store and it went well. Line upgrade was reinstated by the time I got there and I was able to use AT&T next to do my upgrade instead of IUP. Moving all of my data over now from my old phone now. Never preordering from a carrier again.
I just did the same thing. I went online and looked at which apple store near me had the iPhone i wanted and made a reservation and an hour later i walked out with my iPhone 7 plus 128gb black. They were gonna do the iPhone upgrade plan but thank god they didn't approve me for it and they just went ahead and gave me the AT&T Next option.

No, calling AT&T just results in you wasting your time talking to a customer support representative that knows nothing about the fulfillment process.
Official order time was listed at about 8:30 am. Filled out the preorder form in store the day before and they ordered it for me. Whether or not that's the actual time they ordered I'm not quite sure.
