What a mess! So someone from ATT's social media department saw a complaint of mine on Twitter. He basically called to tell me that the reason my order was essentially getting skipped over was because there was a bug in the system with the stupid "maintenance" the website was going through when preorders opened. I've talked to a few customer service reps and they've repeatedly told me my order was fine and that my phone (matte black+ 128) would ship during the shipping window (9/23-9/30), but they couldn't explain why others with later order times were getting through. He said he could see that I had a "warehouse ID"? meaning there's a phone assigned to me in the warehouse but due to the bug that occurred right when I placed my order at 3 am, it's showing up like I "haven't accepted the terms and conditions." Apparently something that's within the system and won't exactly show up on a basic order screen that it seems the CS reps use.. He couldn't tell me how to fix the problem and he suggested that I go to an actual AT&T store and sign a terms and conditions form and they could input it there. Absolutely none of that made sense to me, but I did go to a local store to see if they could look into it further. Once there, I was promptly brushed off and told to just "wait for my shipping window like everyone else" and they refused to look into my account at the note that the social media guy told me he placed on my account stating the issues to be addressed.
Needless to say at this point, I have no idea if my phone is actually going to be on the way in the said shipping window I was told to just wait for and I'm livid.
