Same here, I ordered the 7+ Gold 256 GB at the same time as you and have not seen those ship either. I thought that would be an uppopular color for that capacity...guess I'm stuck as well because of some shortage for the larger capacity smh😡
Does anyone know if getting a pre-auth on a credit card signifies being any closer to the iPhone shipping? I just saw the auth for the $40-something odd dollars for the tax on the phone show up on my credit card statement as pending. I'm not positive if it was there before or not, but I noticed it today. Do they on;y charge when it's about to ship, or is that not the case? Anyone have any insight into that?
Been like that since 9/10... I dont expect my Jet black to ship anytime soon, but want my black!!

Have been with you all from the beginning (but quiet) and now wanted to give some hope. Ordered my 256gb matte black 7+ at a ATT Corporate store when it opened on the 9th. I got backordered on *6737# this morning around 8 a.m. and got my shipping notice about a half hour ago. I am in SE FL.

AT&T only charges when they ship, in many cases they charge after the phone is actually received. If this is a pending transaction it shows up as soon as the order is placed and stays on for a week or so unless AT&T actually charges it or it reaches the time limits set by the bank, when the pending charges drop off.
I heading to Southpark mall to pick up a silver + in a couple hours, reserved it today around 10am. I'm giving up on my MB through ATT. Let's hope I don't encounter any protestors, I'm not going to be very nice if they attempt to block me while I'm in my car...
have we determined in store orders move before online orders made within minutes or pre-order opening?
No.... We have determined that AT&T has no order or structure at all for their shipping process..
Ok, thanks! It's just pending for now, so it probably won't be shipping then. I'll keep checking that too to see if it actually charges.

Been lurking for awhile, but this is my first post.
I ordered a 7+ 128 Matte Black on 9/9 at 3:06pm MST, estimated shipping dates 10/07-10/14.
No status updates or changes with either the online portal or with *6737# still showing in progress with *6737# and preparing to ship on the online page - the exact same way its been since 9/9.
However, I did check the UPS tracking by reference (I know AT&T does FedEx, but I've seen a few AT&T orders shipped by UPS), and there is one package that does come up, and the last location of it was in Louisville, KY...
Probably someone else in my neighborhood or something, but at this point who knows.
Anyone from Colorado receive shipping notification? Does anyone know what region Colorado is considered?

Dang you didn't even have to wake up at some insane time to get your phone before me. Congrats.
How do you check the tracking reference? As in what do you put as the reference..
I reserved an silver 7+ 128GB at my local store for pick up a little after 12am. I then realized I have a conference call at the time of my reservation. No problem, I cancel the reservation and then go to choose another time. Nope, I have used up my allotted reservations for the day and I need to check back at 12:01 am the next day. My local store gets a Matte Black, 128, 7+ ready for pick up and I cant reserve it. Even call Apple and they cant help. I have top wait until 12:01am.
On a side not, the Apple rep did say she has no idea what the carriers are doing as they should have plenty of stock on most phones. She heard some people were quoted December time frames and she just was like WTF. Order from apple and you will have in 1-2 weeks tops for most phones.

darn, looks like people who preordered it on 9/9 are now starting to get shipping notices for 7+ (that too for MB)... i ordered in att store on 9/17.. and my estimated date is Nov 28 - dec 5 ... definitely a month for me..
I have heard some people say that it turns to "Pending Shipment" after the initial processing is done, which is normally done within a few hours of placing the order. When it changes to pending shipment, it means the order is processed and the only thing pending is to ship the product when it becomes available. For me it has been pending shipment since 9/9.
