At one point I couldn't look up my wife's number via *ORDR# on my phone for the first day or three (I forget exactly how long) after preorder. Then, several days ago, I was able to punch in *ORDR# individually for each line, look those lines up, and was able to get a status.
Back to the other poster's point (with whom we had a varied agreement/disagreement!), this is definitely an area that AT&T could get improved. Why have every point of contact for finding out status not be consistent? This is 2016, not 1985. I just don't get it.
Heh. Speaking as a T shareholder, maybe they should stop doing mergers for a while and clean up the inconsistencies between departments.😵
