Carrier iPhone 7/7+ AT&T Pre-Order Thread

Get the backorderd text finally today at 7:30am on my 7+ MB 128GB pre order 9/9 11am. Also reserved the same one but silver at Apple Store just in case. Wait on tracking, nothing. Go to Apple Store and can't cancel my order because fulfillment has it. Two att supervisors can't cancel it. Can't cancel it online either. Now it's almost 10pm and nothing has changed online. Still preparing to ship and still get the same backordered text and no shipping email or text. I really don't like ATT right now.

Now THAT sucks. I heard UPS was working to expedite deliveries because of the weather and mechanical delays... I hope that means more flights all the way to dallas and they cram ATT warehouse full and have to get additonal storage LOL
 
I ordered a black, 256GB, 7+ at 9:13pm on 9/11. Original estimated ship date was 10/7-10/14. I got a text from AT&T this afternoon at 4:17pm saying that my phone just shipped and is scheduled to be delivered by 8pm on Monday, 9/26. Sounds great to me.

I have a friend who works at the hub loading and unloading planes. She can't confirm. All she knows is that the planes with the iPhones, the have an off duty police officer following the packages to make sure no one steals anything. She said it's been almost every plane on her shifts for the last few weeks tho. So a lot.

Thats great news. We're starting to see more and more ship with later order times. Roughly, the logistics are working good..

Pretty much the same.

Mine is the jet black regular 7 (256). I ordered it in the wee hours of 9/9, got a delivery date of October 7-14, got a text & email that it shipped today, should be here--via FedEx--Monday by 8pm.

I received tracking info today. Phone will be delivered monday. I didn't plan on getting the new phone this year until I found out about the promos so I ordered 9/11 at noon. 7+ RGD 128. I am in norcal.

Well, looks like my fears were correct. I'm going to be stuck in back order until atleast Monday..

I just wanted my shipping info today/tonight with a delivery date of Monday or Tuesday or SOMEDAY. The uncertainty is horrible.
 
I've been back ordered all day and just got my tracking info to be delivered by Monday for my 128 mb 7+ in San Diego. Preordered 12:02 am pacific time

How did you get the tracking info? E-Mail? Text message? When did you get it?

Thank you for the info. I have SOME movement. So when I log into the myatt app, it now says "Your order submitted on 9/23/16 is in progress. Before it always said Your order submitted on 9/9. Of course I click show status and it still shows order submitted on 9/9 Preparing to Ship.

But it never said the 9/23 thing before so that's new..

Hopefully there's some movement... I did do the *ORDR# thing and got back ordered... id keep checking though. Although my order online never said anything about backordered it just stayed in progress the whole time. Gotta love this whole system.
 
cancelled my preorder and got one at the apple store yester. 7+ 128 gigs. i was surprised they had them lol now im waiting on my spring refund :(
