Carrier iPhone 7/7+ AT&T Pre-Order Thread

Ordered: iPhone 7 Plus, Jet Black, 256GB @ 3:39 AM on preorder day.

I was given 9/30-10/7 shipping window. It went to Preparing to Ship almost immediately, as of this moment no movement. I've been watching this forum and I'm so excited to see some of my model finally moving! I'll update if I see changes.

This is the first and last time I ever pre-order, or even regular order, anything with AT&T. Though I'm sort of mad at Apple as well. I tried originally to order through Apple and it got to the end and was only showing pickup as an option, which I didn't know why. I had to do some investigating to learn they will not ship to anything other than your AT&T billing address and I did not know that my mom had set our account to her P.O. Box instead of our home address, and Apple does not ship to P.O. Boxes. So I had to jump over to AT&T's site where they actually DO let you choose a separate shipping address regardless of your billing address. It was annoying and enough to push my potential order time from 3 to 3:39. Oh well.

You would think since a lot of people on here I seen cancel there order & got one out of the store that push ours out faster but hell no apple sucks worst iPhone preorder I ever seen & I been with Apple since day 1!!!!

YES!!!!!! When did you order it?? I ordered 2 of them in 128GB Monday. I have already heard a few ppl who ordered them just days before have already received them.

I ordered a 128GB on Sunday the 18th. Hopefully ours will move soon.

I ordered exact same phone on 9/9 and nothing... this sucks. I'm really happy for everyone else who's getting theirs I really am but it just sucks... come on!!!

Edit: I can't say exact I ordered the matte black version you didn't specify but still.. argh!! SEND ME MY PHONE, AT&T!!!

Order 3 JB iPhone 7 128GB and 2 JB iPhone 7 Plus all by 2:08 central time. Started with an estimate of Oct 14-Oct 21. Just noticed the 3 iPhone 7s are listed as backordered. Based on what people have been posting I should see some shipping info for those soon, right?

My friend ordered the same phone as me at the same time from Apple and got it the Monday after launch. It did show me the estimate date when I ordered though. And we have premier to deal with. Bad part is I sold my 6s and have been using an iPhone 5 until my 7 gets here. Can't wait. Camera, battery life, speed are killing me on the 5.

Wonder if it matters where those of us who ordered JB + 256 live? I live in a large (ish) city that is not close to any large American city. Nothing, no movement at all and I ordered at 3:30 EST on the 9th. I too was late because I went through Apple twice--something didn't work--so I tried AT&T and got the confirmation email some time later that day. My Orders page has been at "preparing to ship" ever since. Hope very much we all get our tracking numbers today.

Finally my phone has shipped. I got an email late last night (Saw it only this morning) and the phone was already in the destination sort facility near my home. It was picked up from Memphis, TN at 10:42 PM on Friday.

Unfortunately the phone will not be delivered till Monday as AT&T shipped under standard weekday delivery. Bummer !!!

Ordered 128gb MB 7+ on 9/9 at 3:10am EST(Tampa). it went into b/o sometime this morning and at 11:45pm I finally got my shipping info. It's currently in Memphis and will be here sometime Monday before 3pm. I have a feeling that many of us will finally be receiving our phones Monday!

Just got home from Apple Store picked up a 128 MB 7P. No problems. Apple rep said he could do whatever, although I felt like he acted like he wasn't even supposed to sell it to me.

Yes, Apple has changed the policy. You got to be already in their IUP program to reserve and pick up a phone.

Are you able to see what number they used for the FedEx reference number?

Unfortunately the reference number is some number that AT&T only knows. It does not seem to be related to either the phone number or the order number or anything that we can relate to.
