Carrier iPhone 7/7+ AT&T Pre-Order Thread

Finally got my tracking number 24 hours after going to back order for my 7+ MB 128 GB ordered 9/9. Got it this morning and arrives Monday by by 8pm. Had 9/23-9/30 ship date. Seems like I was the last one with a 7+ MB 128 to get mine with a 9/9 preorder. I think next year it's back to ordering from apple.

Mine went on back order yesterday as well. And this morning it finally shipped . Ordered at 302 am MB 7+ 128

Finally shipped! iPhone 7+ MB 256.... I have to order through my AT&T rep because its an enterprise account. He was actually out of the office on 9/9, so order was not placed 'til 9/12 at 1PM. UPS 2-day shipping should have it on Tuesday. :)

An att rep told me their system was a little glitchy with all the orders and the JB phones. He said a lot of people switched from JB to MB causing more headaches. More people ordering the Plus than last year probably caused supply issues.

That's a bummer. Hope they get this resolved soon.

If you are in a big city, its going to work against you. The UPS/FedEx planes and trucks are only so big, and the priority is going to remain with all the shipments that are NOT preorder iPhones, because that's the normal business. FedEx can't just deliver 50,000 iPhones per day in NYC. They spread out the orders based on total package volume in any given city.

They do have additional trucks that they can use to deliver within their local area but im not sure about additional planes. Not sure how many they can bring into a place like NYC quickly.

Finally got my shipping notification. 7+ 128 gb MB ordered 9/9 at 1:20 pm. Mine will be here Monday. Good luck to everyone still waiting, hang in there.

Just chatted with AT&T. Though the texts and order page say nothing has changed, the guy on the other end of the chat says he has info that mine is backordered.


Wonder if this bodes well?
 
Still no changes on my 7+ JB 256 ordered 3:08am EST. Called att and they said my phone was shipped for delivery TODAY! I jumped out of my chair and asked for a tracking number... when I looked it up... IT WAS MY 6s FROM LAST YEAR!!!!! They honestly have no idea what they are doing...

Anyone see movement on the MB 7+ 32gb? I am starting to see the 10/7 - 10/14 shipping but no 32gb. I ordered the 32gb figuring less people would.

I ordered at 4 pm ET on 9/17 and just tried *6737# and got the back order message! We ordered the following:
7+ 256GB Rose
7+ 256GB MB

Our original shipping window was 10/14 - 10/21. Hopefully tracking info shows on Monday! Super excited since at&t let us both purchase these at 2 year agreement prices!
