I know I asked this yesterday, but I will ask again.

If there is anyone on here who is still following this forum and have already received your iPhone, have you encountered the "hissing" noise that people have been talking about? What about overheating?

If so, what are the configurations for your phones?

I am curious to know if it is configuration-specific or it happens to all 7/7 Plus models.

Who do I tweet too I'm really annoyed about my 9/9 order being cancelled

@att

Be careful though! They might just provide you with the link to where you can buy the new iPhone! Haha... ;-)

So hopefully that means that all of the planes that are supposed to arrive in louisville tonight have not received a tracking number... At least that is my conclusion. Maybe I will wake up tomorrow with a backorder status in my email ;)

Right. I remember reading those this morning. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.

I would hate it if my phone finally arrives and it has issues. And since I pre-ordered the "unicorn," who knows how long it would take to replace it?

I've also seen that someone posted how they have heard static when they would record a video on their phones.

Im still waiting. This is complete bulls***. How can a person order within the first 5 mins of the preorder opening and not get a phone on launch day!?
I had ordered within the first 54 seconds of the preorder, and I have received jack from AT&T, Verizon is looking so much better. Was online with the CSR earlier and was told it would get here when it gets here.

I was watching a young lady on you tube last night, you know to divert my thinking about my phone :) and once she recorded with her 7+, you can here the hissing and perfectly clear when she switched to her 6s+

I have never seen a phone ordered through ATT be anywhere other then in the continental 48.

Off topic, but I was planning on going caseless this year until I saw my mom's Peel case for her 7 Plus. You can't even tell there's a case on there. Not sure about any drop protection, but there's at least more peace of mind knowing they won't get scuffed or dented as easily.

Ok, I used to work for AT&T, specifically in the sorting centers and CS. What I know is that when people order phones they all get assigned an order number. Pre ordering only puts you higher in priority for getting out of the sorting centers first. BUT that's usually not the case most of the time. Especially when I was working there for the iPhone 5s release, we get so backed up that we're just slapping labels and assigning numbers to phones with no order at all. What I'm trying to say is that in a high stress time like this there is not going to be much organization to the whole logistic process of this. I hope you all understand, good night
