i'm not sure what you mean. i placed two seperate orders with ATT on the night of the launch at 3am Atl time. mine went through without a problem, his was where i had the issue, i even placed an order on apple site for his as well but ended up cancelling the apple order and just kept it through att. when i checked the email again mine was removed i guess because it shipped and i have it and his still shows "Preparing to ship"

Same here, my wife got her phone on 9/20 and sometime this weekend it was deleted from the order status page.
Thats good to know, I still have this nagging feeling something is wrong with my order since I cannot check it via *6737#
