i'm not sure what you mean. i placed two seperate orders with ATT on the night of the launch at 3am Atl time. mine went through without a problem, his was where i had the issue, i even placed an order on apple site for his as well but ended up cancelling the apple order and just kept it through att. when i checked the email again mine was removed i guess because it shipped and i have it and his still shows "Preparing to ship"

Sorry I assumed you ordered both phones at the same time.

Same here, my wife got her phone on 9/20 and sometime this weekend it was deleted from the order status page.

Thats good to know, I still have this nagging feeling something is wrong with my order since I cannot check it via *6737#

I think it has something to do with placing one order for two phones. I can't check via 6737 either since hers was delivered. The 866 number also just transfers me straight to an agent.

Just checked, my phone is shipped and has a tracking number. Ordered 9/9 at 1:30PM AT&T instore. 7+ MB 128GB.

Same here when calling the 866 number. I think you are right about ordering 2 phones, because I could check *6737# before I activated her phone.
 
I cancelled my 7+ 256gb JB, screw AT&T and Apple. The iPhone fever has worn off and for the first time I'm not upgrading. The more I hear about the new phone, the more I think this is the one to skip and wait for next year. I don't want Apple to think that they can get away with mediocre updates and still charge a huge premium. My iPhone 6S doesn't hiss, crash, and is not missing a headphone jack but, it would be nice to have double the storage.

I ordered a 7+ silver 256GB on the 16th and order shipped today with delivery tomorrow. Original ship date was Oct 14-21

I also ordered on the 16th, and i'm currently on Backorder, but no additional info. Been on backorder for at least 2 days now... I had the same ship date, but i'm hopeful that i'll have my phone this week! Fingers crossed!!

Yes my order was on 9/16 after my order on 9/9 was cancelled due to At&t glitch!!!

Sorry but you probably got it bcs no one wants that ugly silver color. You really cant compare a matte black preorder with a silver preorder. Just like you cant compare a matte black preorder with the jet black.

Ordered MB7+ 256 on 9/16 with Orig ship date of 10/14-10/21
Was just notified it shipped today!

Ordered My MB 7+ 128Gb on 9/9 630PM in store. Got email saying it was shipped 9/24 via USPS but no updates on USPS other then shipping info received. I wonder how long it takes to update? Anyone else get shipping with USPS?
 
Still sitting a preparing to ship as it has been since 9/9. ATT CSR told me it will be there when it is there. No F*&K Sherlock. AT&T is really messed up and their CSR's are becoming dicks.

Maybe not. I had 10/13-10/20 and I got the "shipped" text and tracking number last night about 8pm. There's still hope.
Seeing these really annoys me now. It isn't even about the order time being later. The actual shipping window STARTS a week after my latest date I was given for what I would guess was the same phone since it was a response to that..... ATT really screwed this one up as far as shipping what they do get out in the correct order.

I hear you can just walk into an AT&T store and do the trade-in. Also even if I get a return Label for my old phone, I would prefer to go to the store and do the trade-in. I have had bad experiences with AT&T returns thru mail.

I tried to do that last year and the store refused to take it back. They gave us labels and made us send it in.
