I also ordered 1 gold 128GB plus. nothing on that either.Lucky on that Silver, dang. I ordered on 9/16 iphone 7+ 128gb Gold and still no updates. Although I don't hear a lot of people talking about the Gold on this thread so probably not a popular choice... Hoping I get it before the 10/14 - 10/21 expected ship date

I'd say at least 95% of the people in this thread who got a phone shipped went into backordered on *6737# first, so absolutely yeah.
Do you know approx. how long they were in the backorder status for? It's been 24 hours for me
Most have seemed to be around 16ish hours, some way less, one guy at 9 days. As with everything else at&t, random as ****

I woke and checked yesterday at 630 am and was back ordered and got shipping notification at 230 am this morning. I'm not exactly sure when the phone went to back ordered. Sometime Monday evening. Fingers crossed for you.
Thank you! Hopefully I am right behind you. My shipping dates were just a few days after yours. And all i ordered was a 32gb RG 7+! Seems easy enough, right? ha.
Well guys went into backorder yesterday around 9am and my JB Plus 128GB finally shipped overnight at 1am 
I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure if you pre-ordered after the first day and got a 'new shipping agreement' email before you went backordered, you really are backordered.
They're really all about those non-answers and totally avoiding entire parts of questions. AT&T customer service should all go be politicians.
You and Cdawg2008 are about the only two I have seen that have passed 24 hours
Yes, this is likely the exception for back ordered being a bad thing.
My ATT store just got a 32GB rose gold plus in for preorder yesterday. I dont know when whoever ordered it.
So frustrating! The nearest Apple store is an hour and a half away (which isn't too terrible), and they have tons in stock. I wish there was a way to check all of the AT&T stores near me without having to call each one! I would cancel in a heartbeat if so, and pop in to the store!
Did anyone else's order status screen look like this before shipment? Specifically the tracking number status.
