So update on my Best Buy order...
It appears that UPS has sorted my package incorrectly and it will not be delivered today as anticipated and says to expect a delay of at least one business day. This order has been a nightmare from start to finish.

In ATT land it mean they are putting it in a box to ship. ATT was too lazy to makeup something else like Preparing to ship or boxed up or waiting on shipper to pick up.

What did u order from best buy?
Ordered 9/18. Still shows processing online. CS tells me it in the warehouse for shipping.
I already have, I ordered from a store so they cant help me.
Of all terms they could pick from, backorder they choose. ...ugh. .. To me backorder is no different than saying out of stock. Wish they would make it so that the online status matches the *6737# information but I guess that would be too much work for At&t
My phone just shipped!! Roughly 30 hours after hitting backorder mine is the JB 128 7+ and I had 10/28-11/4 shipping dates hopefully the people who had the same shipping dates hit backorder or shipped soon.
are you a ATT customer? or porting a line over?
if your a customer dialk that ordr code and see what they say
AT&T customer but I can't check the 6737 because I had another phone in the same order that is already active. I have to call the 866 number and rely on AT&T CS which is hit and miss as to what they say.
Shoot me now. USPS attempted to deliver but left a noticeat 2pm because apparently no one was home (even though there were 3 people home). Can't pick up the package until tomorrow. Service hours for pick up are from 6am to 2:30pm. No lo puedo creer.

Called the store. No luck they cants even track it until i get a tracking number. Makes since why nothing changed when i called in to the automated system.

Mine did exactly the sane thing. It got to the post office in San Juan at noon then it was delivered around 2:30PM at my office. Granted, I'm really close to the post office so maybe that's why I got it fast. Have you gotten yours yet?

Ordered on 9/9. Was supposed to deliver on 9/16 but was delayed until 10/7, then was delayed until 11/2 without telling me (found out via phone order status).
I have a few quick questions for those who already received your iPhones.
1.) For those of you who have received your phones within the past day or so, did you ever get charged?
2.) If so, when?
3.) Are any of you a part of the AT&T Next program, where you have to send in your old phone as soon as your new one arrives?
4.) If so, do you take your SIM card out of your old phone before mailing it back to AT&T?
I've always mailed them my old phone as soon as I got the new one, but I can't recall as to whether or not they have asked for you to remove the SIM card from your own iPhone?
I've always just erased all of my content and settings prior to doing a factory reset and then shipped my old phone back.
I guess what I'm asking is this:
Have you had to remove the SIM card from your old iPhone before sending it back to AT&T?
I've never done that, but I'm curious as to if you guys have removed your old SIM.

Well thats stupid. I jsut checked their website like 3 days ago and it said 256GB was 2 day shipping and the 128 MB was overnight.
