haha my apologies just thought id be nice to update ya'll. i find it weird , i went to the att store on sunday 10/16 and the manager told me all the devices were ready to be shipped monday 10/17 except 7+ 128 MB, which is why i went with the 256 model and sure enough it got shipped yesterday with delievery today, i hope all you guys get your phones in too. im also waiting on a RG+ 128gb but no movement on that one though, hopefully by the end of this week.

So today i got an email saying that my MB 32 7+ would now ship within the original ship dates instead of 10/12-10/19. I dont know why the rep i spoke to told me i would have my phone this morning but currently on Back Order status as well. Super Frusturated rn
 
Getting my 7Plus JB today.
Back ordered last wed. And received shipping confirmation yesterday and shipped over night.
 
So, after going into the store to verify my identity, they had to cancel my order. Said that the 128GB Matte Black wouldn't ship until the middle/end of December.

Ended up ordering the 256 in Matte Black because that has a ship date of 11/3-11/10.

Just checked the order status and it says that it is preparing to ship...

Anyone know the turn around time from Preparing to Ship and them sending me a tracking number?

I've been in Preparing to Ship since I originally placed my order on 9/12.
 
This is my first iPhone experience and although I haven't been waiting as long as some of you guys, I have been on backorder for a week.

How many people are gonna go through apples financing next year lol.
 
My friend and I ordered both 7+ MB 128 on 9/19. Mine is still preparing to ship , but she just texted me that hers just shipped. She is Sprint though :(

I thought the same. I think what happened to me influenced lots of others as well after the pre order rush. Wjen I went in on the 19th I asked about the Jet Black. The guy said pick another if you want it before Christmas. He basically didn't have a time line for it at the time but had hard dates for the others. I could be wrong and it was just the guy talking to me but it did make my choice easier.

I wish they would just be straight up with us and say, look. There's a super short supply and we have no clue when you're getting your phone (if that's the case)
 
They acted like the shipping dates were just a guess and I should receive the phone way before than.

Think you are right, I've been checking this thread daily and not much has happened. 7+ MB 128 ordered 9/23 EDD 11/4-11/11. no updates on my order.
 
What's annoying me is that other people from other carriers and especially the Apple Store are getting their phones. Att use to be the only carrier in town that sold the iPhone and now it's become the step child. I guess I really can't complain though because of the 650 credit.

I hear everyone talking about a credit from ATT! How did you get that what was it for?
