Well I just received my "individual" text giving me a generic 21 day window. Great, thanks.

Other than swapping them out I can't see how they're going to fix it. Doesn't sound like something which can be fixed through a software update

Yeah, my 7 makes the hiss too. Awaiting statement. Still going to enjoy the phone, and will always have at least a year to get it swapped out. No problems 🙂
