I bought an iPhone 7 plus on launch day and know several other people who own either an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus.

The issue we are all experiencing is that on 3G we are not able to receive calls, send messages or use data. If we switch airplane mode off and on again or turn mobile data off and on, on reconnecting to the network it works ok.

That is until you connect to a wifi network/4G network and then back to the 3G network, it's exactly the same.

Basically to even use my phone I'm having to either switch into airplane mode or turn mobile data off and on to force a reconnect to the network.

So far I'm aware of 6 people including me who are having this issue, has anyone else experienced this? (2 of the people I know only received their phones last week).

I wanted some advice before going to Apple/my network.

The networks are EE and Three.

I have this issue as well on 7 Plus, had it since the beginning also on EE. However it seems to be mostly resolved in iOS 10.2.1 beta for me, I didn't have the issue at all for ages and thought it was fixed completely but happened again today on beta 4 grrr.

Hmm. I will speak with Apple and see what they have say about it.

Ok so after 24 hours on the running the 10.2.1 beta on the EE network - this update seems to have fixed the network connection issue.

Unfortunately the issue is still there, albeit less frequent. I'll raise a bug report to Apple.
