I actually received the return kit, right in my mail box
I received a return kit today as well. It's from my phantom order.

Tempted to call and hear them stammer over why I got it when the order was cancelled. Will only make me madder though...
 
Still no update from Sprint or UPS.

I just spoke to a higher representative of Sprint since I pretty much gave them an earful about other people receiving their phones but not us that ordered on 9/9. After speaking with him he told me that anyone that pre-ordered their phones on 9/9 or 9/10 will be getting their phones this week regardless of the color or if it's the plus. They won't sell any of them if you walk-in right now as he assured me that their priority was to get all those people that pre-ordered them first to avoid confusion and avoid what happened when the 6s and 6s+ came out and store rep started selling them at the store and selling short those who had pre-ordered. Hopefully he's telling the truth, but he told me that's their gameplan and they're planning to execute it that way. Hopefully I get mine this week and not in October.

Jokes on you, black is the absence of color. That's why he can say that.

Has anyone gotten a tracking number in the Los Angeles area? Seems like it's all central/east coast.

FWIW I'm just inside the mountain time zone and I don't have any tracking either. Maybe they're moving east to west geographically.
 
Heads up for the few of us who did in store preordering...you can get that 30 dollars you possibly paid for activation waived if you contact Sprint directly by chat or phone. Just did it myself and got the 30 dollar credit approved in like 5 minutes.

Since the site was down after I cancelled my first order, I was forced to go in store which caused me to pay for the activation.
 
UPS MyChoice email at 5:35 pm eastern today letting me know the label has been created and will be delivered by end of day tomorrow. Nothing from sprint yet.

Well come to find out my order that i've been calling about and they have been telling me i'll be getting soon, was cancelled, I guess when i called on the 9th right after i placed the order to asking about the promo for getting the 256 for the price of the128 the guy cancelled my order when he said he couldn't do that promo because he COULDN'T cancel my order!! I'm so beyond livid right now, i cant even see straight!!!!! So all these hours on the phone with sprint for the last couple day with all their "reps' saying oh ya we have your order you'll see it very soon has no freaking clue what the hell they're even talking about!!! Oh and this guy thinks $50 bill credit will justify everything!!!
 
Michigan here... Still no update on either my 256 gb 7+ MB or 128 gb 7+ RG (ordered 4:31 am EST on 9/9, 803452xxx). Starting to think these shipping estimates were pulled out of thin air. There is just no logic to the madness
