This is my first time participating in a forum, but i had to join up. You guys sre hilarious, and have been my support group through this ******* nightmare!

Sprint shafted me. Gave me the hard and long shaft.

Stayed up to order MB 32gb +, and got my order in at 4:19am est or so, and slept well.

Woke up, sweating like a pig, in the wee hours of 9/11, realizing that I was owed the 128gb, as i have a 64gb 6s+. My one idiotic mistake.

So I chat it up with said Alexa or whatev, who assures me that I do deserve, (yes, deserve) the 128gb mb+. She said that in fact, the 32gb was backordered, but the 128gb was not. She also assured me that the best option was to cancel order 1, and that I would have my perfect mb plus, on the 16th.

Of course, I got nothing. (Although, If I got just a return kit today I would GO UP)

Now I know that my "actual order" was confirmed days after most (8040xxxxx), but im still livid. While im happy that some of you are getting your orders, Im looking at Apple, Sprint, UPS, and you tracking-haver's exclamation points, just like this:

For those wondering, my 530 pm EST UPS MyChoice shipment email was followed by a 630pm email from sprint telling me it shipped.
 
Well come to find out my order that i've been calling about and they have been telling me i'll be getting soon, was cancelled, I guess when i called on the 9th right after i placed the order to asking about the promo for getting the 256 for the price of the128 the guy cancelled my order when he said he couldn't do that promo because he COULDN'T cancel my order!! I'm so beyond livid right now, i cant even see straight!!!!! So all these hours on the phone with sprint for the last couple day with all their "reps' saying oh ya we have your order you'll see it very soon has no freaking clue what the hell they're even talking about!!! Oh and this guy thinks $50 bill credit will justify everything!!!

So to recap today's episode:

1. If you ordered a plus at 128gb it's probably shipping despite having a later date than 256gb

2. Sprint can screw your order massively. Yes that's no surprise.

3. If you ordered a 256gb MB and had a ship date before the 128gb 9/30, congrats, you get to tune in tomorrow and do this whole mess again.

I feel it was majority matte blacks, with orders on 9/9. My silver 9/15 order is stuck for forever

So for my people who ordered in store....I just got a shipping confirmation! Full tracking number and all. I ordered a 7 Plus MB on 9/9 about 12pm and it says it shipped today. Original expected arrival was 9/30. Nothing in UPS for tracking yet but I'm glad to finally have some kind of information after Store reps not being able to tell me nothing. The shipping address shows the store address. Check your email if you preordered in store on the 9th...it's really raining 128s out here.

Mine just shipped! Got a tracking number and all. I got a 7+ 128 gb matte black delivering to my sprint store.

How are you guys tracking your in store orders?

I used to be an SM for Sprint and that didn't used to be possible - even asked the current SM that is running my old store, where I placed my order and said it was not trackable. Please enlighten me. I'm anxious to see if my two 128GB MB 7+ are on their way.
