Carrier iPhone 7/7+ Sprint Pre-Order Thread

I took a play from eyerolls and e-mailed Marci Carris at Sprint. I also followed ArtyS's lead in crafting a well worded, lengthy, professional complaint with ALL the issues I was having with Sprint. My iPhones not getting to me in time I worded as only being annoyed with, but at the same time, could live with. That I was thinking about leaving since CS Reps were lying, being rude, and reading the same stuff I can read on the Sprint Website. Told Sprint I needed them to make it right and how I was looking into other carriers.

I received my tracking number for both phones at 11:46 am this morning, and at 11:48 am I received a call from escalations. I don't know if that was coincidence or if my e-mail worked. However, Sprint Corporate management is conducting an audit on my account and pulling the tapes for my calls. And, the escalation rep is looking into what all they can compensate me for the horrible CS Reps, lies, and other issues.

This worked for me...don't know if it will work for anyone else. Thanks eyerolls and ArtyS for the SOLID advice!!!

Awesome! I didn't get shipping after my conversation so my verbal abuse/flirting sucks, and yours is way better! But I think it's more coincidence since 128s are shipping like CRAZY today. :D

I'm pretty sure it was coincidence...unfortunately. The thought of my meaningless phone conversation having something to do with it just made me feel better...lol. :p

I am having the same thing. I was informed that it did in fact ship even though it's not showing in UPS. This was by sprint escalations department.

Check what the new pic is... it's a unicorn sitting on a chair with a shrink saying "You need to believe in yourself"... I changed it because that's kind of where I am at this point with my phone. It's a unicorn. And if I believe in it enough, maybe... just maybe... some day, it will show up at my door. Until then, this board is my shrink.

I think whisky can help too. At the very least...posts would be interesting and drunk dialing Sprint could be fun!

So my trek through NYC for a MB 128+ didn't work out. Now I'm just hot, and need a burger.

Did get a voicemail from escalations, on hold with this ******* now. She first tried to give me my order # as a tracking number, and I told her I'll continue to hold while she finds more information than that. I'm not about it!

Update: She came back with, "I should check the order number, on the 30th, and hopefully the information would be ready then. She gave me the number for order support, so the saga continues..
