How long from the time you order status changed to "Great news. The above item is being processed at our warehouse. Please look for an email with your ship tracking number" did you get tracking information??
 
I've been watching this thread since 9/9 I figured I'd chime in. Still no movement or updates. My first time pre-ordering and my first year with Sprint. I've had Verizon and every year walked in a store and got the phone I wanted on Launch day. Seeing MB 128GB in stores locally so I might be cancelling soon.

Good news/bad news
Had ordered two 7+ 128GB's on preorder day through store in Midwest at 9:15AM, one Rose Gold for the Mrs, and a Jet Black for myself.
The RG arrived in-store on launch day, last Friday.
The Mgr and I spoke that day, I asked about mine, knowing full well they were back ordered, just to see if he had any insight, which of course he did not.
Also asked if he got any +128GB MB's (with the thought that I would possibly take one, if yes, but did not disclose that to him) and again, a negative answer, with him saying that was what he had ordered.
Forward to today with the announcement that some + JB's were possibly shipping, and seeing the 128 MB activity here, decided to call Sprint Order Support Department.
Was able to get my order number and low and behold a tracking #!

Checked that on UPS and it showed delivered!

That same moment, store mgr calls and tells me he "pulled some strings" and was able to be me a MB deliverd today.

Not sure what I'm going to do.
May try to leverage the fact I did not ask or authorize my order being changed to compel them to swap out for a JB down the road when they are eventually in stock.
The store manager is an acquaintance of mine through a FB group unrelated to telecommunications, so don't want him to possibly get in any hot water.
Stoked all our devices are in store and ready to ship, but obviously a bit gutted about not getting what I ordered....

So still no movement on my MB 32 gb but my wifes rose gold 32 gb is supposed to be delivered to the sprint store today. Im checking the tracking and see this:

  • The company or receiver name is incorrect. This will delay delivery. We're attempting to update this information.
I mean you gotta be kidding me sprint.
 
Should be getting my 128 MB + tomorrow! It is currently sitting at the UPS like 10 minutes from my house, but it won't let me change the shipping information to allow me to pick it up. Either way, at this point I'm just happy to have the phone coming!
 
So 2 of my coworkers decided to sell the iPhone 6s as the iPhone 7..
People are buying them left and right. Only a handful came back to complain.

They are getting spoken to in the back right now
Out of curiosity how do you do that lol? It says 6S on the box
 
I, too, have been following this since I preordered on 9/9 at 4:29 am EST. I finally created an account to join in the fun. You all have saved my sanity with humor!!! Let me get all caught up here: Ordered 2 +'s, both 128 GB, and one MB and one RG. Order number 8034530##.

I took a play from eyerolls and e-mailed Marci Carris at Sprint. I also followed ArtyS's lead in crafting a well worded, lengthy, professional complaint with ALL the issues I was having with Sprint. My iPhones not getting to me in time I worded as only being annoyed with, but at the same time, could live with. That I was thinking about leaving since CS Reps were lying, being rude, and reading the same stuff I can read on the Sprint Website. Told Sprint I needed them to make it right and how I was looking into other carriers.

I received my tracking number for both phones at 11:46 am this morning, and at 11:48 am I received a call from escalations. I don't know if that was coincidence or if my e-mail worked. However, Sprint Corporate management is conducting an audit on my account and pulling the tapes for my calls. And, the escalation rep is looking into what all they can compensate me for the horrible CS Reps, lies, and other issues.

This worked for me...don't know if it will work for anyone else. Thanks eyerolls and ArtyS for the SOLID advice!!!

I have been watching this thread since it was created I figured I throw my 2 cents into the party. First of all, y'all have been great, you have helped to keep me calm and saved customer service from some bad phone calls. Secondly, I added a line and ordered a MP7+ 128gb at 1pm PST 9/9 my order number is oy-shso-80374XXXX, Las Vegas, I have been hitting refresh every 2 minutes for a week and am still getting the "by 30th" ship date. I went into my Sprint store and the clerk said a Phone Number has been added to my account and my phone is currently at the warehouse. Good luck to everyone, I hope you get your phones soon!!!

Edit: Still waiting on tracking.
