some people said their phone number (no dashes), others said acct number, some said order number. I've tried all of them and nothing pops up. I see my account number on the shipping info on UPS' site though. odd.

In that case, I wonder if they will be turning people's service off. If it really takes 2 months to apply a credit, that kind of money is going to push a lot of people over the disconnection threshold.
Like so many of you, I'm also still waiting for ANY sort of update on my 128GB MB Plus. Order number is oy-shso-803453xxx with the standard 'ships by 9/30'. I'm in Cincinnati, which isn't too far from Louisville, so hopefully once it ships (sometime in February), it won't be a long wait.
I've been stalking this thread since the beginning, and FINALLY my MB 32 gb + has shipped. It took long enough. It was ordered around 3:00am pacific time, is shipping to Gainesville, FL, and my order number is oy-shso-80347XXXX. I'm so excited, but it's crazy it took this long to to get a phone I ordered only three hours after launch which was as soon as Sprint's site would let me upgrade.
Didn't even bother checking my email when I woke up this morning.

Yeah, this whole thing has pretty much killed the excitement I had for getting this phone. Not cool.
I started looking at the problems the 7 and 7+ are having. Hoping mine is not one of the phones having the issues. This whole thing has felt like going out, bar hopping. I had a blast, now I'm just tired and want to got to bed.

OK there's a 1.30lb package shipped Next Day Air to my zipcode that's out for delivery NOW (says by 10:30am). No tracking in my email, so I can't use MyChoice to change delivery. Just texted my roommate hoping she's home for a little longer before she leaves for the airport.
But STILL...not getting my hopes up.

I hope not. I'm not doing that. Let's face it, almost none of Sprint's customers have an extra $400-500 laying around to just wait for a reimbursement. Guess I'll just be using my new phone on WiFi if they shut it off.

My in-store order only populated the iPad Pro info on the my sprint>my account page since I paid deposit and taxes.
The two 7+'s each populated new contract details alongside the device they will replace as they were shipped and landed in the store, even though they are not activated yet...
