My next question: How long did it take UPS to update their site so I can track my package there? Anyone who got deliveries recently remember?
for my wifes phone she received the email last Wednesday and had it by Friday launch day
She had someone from her team contact me yesterday and i spent like all day on the phone with him, iPhone 7 Matte Black 256GB
I got my tracking last night at around 8:30 pm est, it was active on the ups website about half an hour later but sat on "label created" until it was ready to be put on the plane at about 2 am.
That's ********. I've spent 10 hours on the phone, sent my 11 months old chemotherapy records to them and they still basically said oh well we don't have silvers. But matte blacks can get overnighted after having an order cancelled?
Exactly I ordered on 9/9 and still no Rose Gold 128 plus for me. This has been a pain!
They are universal. I work at Best Buy mobile. Normally we have our devices in the back set up according to carrier. With the iphones 7's we have them ALL together. When a customer comes in and wants a iphone 7, we just grab one, grab the appropriate sim card and pop it in during the activation process!
Our emails from both Apple and Best Buy states this!
I don't mean to be a bitch, but I was told by executive escalations (someone that Marci had call me) tell me my phones were shipping the 16th & everytime an executive esc calls me it's just to reiterate what's on my order (9/30) . I told her my 11 month old has cancer and even sent in documents proving it and that I wanted to take pictures on my newer phone at her birthday party. She said don't worry , your phone is shipping tomorrow (this was on the 15th) & still nothing. I'm just really upset and spending as much time with her as I can.but for someone from executive escalation to lie to me is crazy
The only reason they were able to overnight mine is because they have it available now, its never been on backorder, thats why it was such bull**** that i haven't had it yet, because it just been sitting in their warehouse this whole time, Im sorry you don't have your phone, and i hope you get news of shipment soon.

That's so horrible and upsetting. You have a right to be a bitch, IMO. Escalations gave me a bunch of excuses as well. They're basically useless. I'm praying you see some movement today. <3
First of all, I want to tell you that although I don't know (although the last several days seems like I know people on here personally) that I am very, very sorry to hear the news of your child. I have two young children and this has really tugged on my heart for you. Just know that I will be praying for you and your child.
Just got notice that my MB 7+ 32gb has shipped, but the UPS info is still not updated.

I work this evening. I will confirm and post what model we sale at Best Buy. Like I said...all I know is they work on all 4 carriers. We were told they are Universal and that's what reads in our registers too. But nonetheless, I'll definitely confirm and report back.
