Anyone notice that the 7's are all available NOW on the sprint shipping time table?!?
Looks like they updated the page also, I don't think i've seen this before

If you placed your order in a store, you will not be able to track it here unless your confirmation number begins with or-pdpm. The store will call you when your order is ready to pick up.

No, that's been there

Excuse me, one question: I'm a newbie. I'm just wondering If I buy an Iphone from Sprint, can I use it with any kind of SIM from Viettel, Mobiphone in Vietnam?

If you were to purchase the unlocked device, you would be able to use it, yes. But I recommend buying from Apple. Aside from the obvious stock issues, they'd also give you a fully unlocked device. Sprint would manage to bungle that up.

Does anyone like to sell Ip 6 6s for upgrade to 7 ?

:D

No.
[doublepost=1474653405][/doublepost]Woah, hold on............ did the shipping times go up from yesterday's posted times on sprint.com/ship for the Plus??!

ok so how much would i come out of pocket today? I have my sprint account just no phone. So go to the apple store and trade in my 6s plus towards my 7 plus on the IUP. Will i just pay that first 27$ then take the phone to sprint or will i have to buy the phone out right then take it to sprint

You will pay Taxes and your first installment payment up front today. I think when I checked it out on a 7 Plus 128GB model, it was like $128 due today which included taxes and first installment payment. Then take it to sprint and activate it on your account. They can activate it on your sprint account at the Apple store if you already have a sprint account.

I think Sprint is saying our phones will be delayed on purpose so that when we do get it by the "ship by" date we'll be relieved. It's hard for me to put it in words but I think everyone who ordered before 9/12 will get their phones by next Friday.

It's sort of a scare tactic when you think about it. With myself for example, with all these rumors of the phone being delayed until mid-october coming to fruition, I'll be more than happy if I get my phone on Friday. Once I settle down and play with the phone for a couple hours, I'll probably forget all about the past 3 weeks or so.

Also. if Sprint were able to update the site saying that all 128gb iPhones are available now, one would think if the 2 week delay rumors for the pluses are true, they'd update that also.....?
[doublepost=1474654462][/doublepost]Sorry guys, I'm just trying to remain as optimistic as I can. :)
[doublepost=1474654513][/doublepost]I probably don't believe a word that I'm saying.

My issue doing that is Apple will give at most $315 for a 6s+. Sprint will give $650 over 2 years

Sorry Sprint, but even more heartbreakingly, sorry Apple. I think I'm leaving you... and this time, it's you, not me.

Dear Apple,

You've been selling iPhones for how long??? You've had plenty of time in planning this year's iPhone launch. This happened somewhat with previous iPhone models as well. It's simply unacceptable.

What's even more insane is that all of those people who bought that phone, you know the one that has an exploding battery, from that one competitor of yours... well, the majority of them have already received their replacement device.

How the heck did you guys screw this up?

I just saw this online.

I doubt I'll receive my iPhone before then, so might be making the jump. Thanks for all these years. You've just changed way too much and you aren't the same anymore. It's been fun. Good luck and I hope you find the help you need. Take care Apple.

I'm in Houston as well

If Sprint wasn't the only one with unlimited data I'd cancel them in a heartbeat right now (I know t mobile has one but I don't like that company) I use 50-70gb of data a month
Dude, me too. Lol I get great LTE coverage and speed in my area. Total deal breaker.

Called Sprint this morning, which led to me cancelling my order. I'll take my chances at the Apple Store and try to buy there within the next couple of days. So, at about 4:15am Eastern on pre-order day, I was finally able to get onto the site and place an upgrade order for a MB 128 7+, and a JB 128 7+. I'd not received a single status update since the time of order, so I wanted to call and get an update, at least on the MB which has shown some movement for other people.

To my surprise, the Sprint rep advised that NEITHER the MB or JB would ship until mid-November. I thought that was kind of odd, because the Matte black phones seem to be getting shipped, and I had to have been one of the first orders. The Jet Black, which was initially quoted as 10/7, is now being shipped in mid-November. The worst part is, had I not called and checked, I'd have had no idea and would've been sitting here like an idiot refreshing my order status page multiple times a day. I was a bit hesitant to cancel, because that puts me at the end of the line should my backup plans not work out, but I like my chances of getting my devices before November elsewhere. The lack of communication is killer with these guys. In the end, they offered a $20 bill credit for inconvenience...after I had to ask for an hour with a rude 'financial department rep' and speak to a manager.

Sorry for the long-winded post, but for those of you who haven't seen any movement on your order page, it may be worth giving them a call and asking.

I've been monitoring this thread for a while now, but I've had such a horrible experience with Sprint this launch I feel the need to finally go on a rant about it.

Having been a Sprint customer for many years, I knew better than to trust they could handle this launch and that is why I intended on upgrading and purchasing through Apple. Apple's website went live in a relatively timely manner and I made it to the checkout page for a 128 gig JB+ by 12:08 PST when the estimated ship date was 1-2 weeks. Too bad Sprint's servers weren't even capable of verifying upgrade eligibility for Apple's website, so I was given a "reservation number" and told I could complete the purchase later, once Apple could verify eligibility status.

I did a quick google search of previous years and this reservation number thing, and I quickly learned that this system was a disaster in the past and I decided to try to order directly from Sprint if their website went live. When Sprint's website finally came online, I eventually made it to checkout where I kept being told my credit card was declined. I checked and double checked my credit card and put it in repeatedly and kept getting declined. Another google search and I learned that Sprint's website wasn't sophisticated enough to ask for a billing address for online purchases and automatically input the billing address on the account, which is different than my billing address for the credit card I was using. Not only did this idiocy delay my order by about 20 minutes, and likely bumped me back thousands of people, it turned out that despite saying my charges were declining and not letting me complete the order, Sprint had charged my card for each one of those "declined" transactions.

Finally got my confirmation email at 1:53 am PST and am now left waiting indefinitely like the rest of you while people who made their orders through Apple and had shipping dates long after mine have already received their phones.

5 minutes later I got an email from my credit card provider alerting me of a dozen charges from sprint.com for the $400+, tying up almost $5,000 in credit while the charges were pending. This brought me to my credit limit on the card I use for my autopay on many bills, so I got notifications all week about my bill payments declining because of Sprint's phantom charges. After 48 hours, the only one of the charges posted and the rest were no longer in my pending, but Sprint's system was so ****ed up they did not remove their hold on my money until 2 days ago, 10 days after the initial order.

Needless to say, this is the last time I will be upgrading with Sprint.

Oh my word, that sounds pretty awful. The fact that they charged you despite being told it was declined? So much of this would make me pretty upset. I have only had one issue with my bill with Sprint since I joined in 2011 and they promptly fixed that issue for me right on the spot. The only other issue was this iPhone 7 upgrade we did for my wife's line. We returned the old phone and yet, we were charged a non-return fee on our bill just because Sprint had not yet called my store to get the old phone processed. It should never have been charged to us and certainly not this fast but it was. Now they will credit it and finally get it fixed, but it seems for this release there have been so many issues galore. I don't blame you for not upgrading with Sprint again, I probably would have considered the exact same thing....

My issue doing that is Apple will give at most $315 for a 6s+. Sprint will give $650 over 2 years

See what you can do for both,

Go with whatever is best for you. But if I'm not mistaken, Sprint will only give you a trade in credit if you get a phone with them on their leasing plans so you'll be held by the balls.

I just Tweeted the CEO and Sprint Care putting them on blast a little bit just because. We'll see if they even respond.
I'm just going to wait it out. The preorder was a waste of time. If I decide to do iPhone 8 or whatever it is I'm not preordering I'll wait till late November to get it.

Yes... I believe we have all grown in wisdom with this process. Haha!

For real though, this has been awful.

So here's my plan: Go pick up a 256GB Black iPhone and pay in full.

BUT keep my preordered Jet Black phone. When the Jet Black comes, return the Black phone or sell it on eBay, and keep the Jet Black model (or maybe sell it too).

I can either pick it up in Charlotte or Raleigh -- which do you think I should go with?

Also, since I'm buying a contract free phone from Apple, do you guys know whether I could switch to T-Mobile with that Sprint phone? It's compatible right?

I've got that uncapped unlimited data plan from Sprint, but T-Mobile has unlimited TABLET data which is incredible.

They had a 32g MB 7+ at my apple store here in Chicago. Nabbed it. Going to pay off my Sprint Iphone Forever plan and sell the phone to make up the money back.

I bought the phone from Apple with the Sprint SIM card in it, but since I'm getting off of iPhone forever, I am no longer under a contract. Can I take the "Sprint" Unlocked iPhone to verizon, have them swap the sim out, and start a new plan with them?

Wow. So there it is, huh? Apple had their **** held hostage because of an insolvent shipping company and had to pay ransom, essentially.
Yup. This should be posted on every carrier order status page as well as Apple's order page so people have some kind of answer.
