Just left the Apple Store and I can confirm it IS possible to upgrade using the lease plan. They have to do it using the iPad and the system is slow, so it may take awhile, but it is 100% possible

Yup, picture below is what it look like from earlier. Jet Black 256gb pluses got pushed back. Sort of good news for people getting other phones since our dates have stayed the same.

They have those and what seems to be some for new orders as well.

I finally just got fed up with sprint. I made a reservation at Apple early today. Contacted sprint for them to cancel my pre-order & reset my upgrade eligibility. Sprint also gave me a $50 credit & will be crediting my activation fee. I am now a happy owner of a matte black iphone 7 plus 128gb.

you can do iphone forever. But they have to do it on the ipad. The option doesnt show up if they dont do it on a ipad.

but the question is how do you make a reservation? I dont want to pay the down payment for iup...and the only other option is 2yr contract or pay in full
