Cancelled my order with sprint and just walked out of the Apple Store with a MB 128gb 7+!! Will be going through Apple from here on out!!

Did you cancel your order?

I have spent 5 hours on the phone with Sprint today trying to get my order cancelled. They keep saying it's not able to be ordered because the order is processed but they also keep telling me the phone will be here by 11/3. Which is a REALLY long processing time.

I don't know if this means my phone is really in the warehouse and processing or if they just don't have their collective **** together enough to know what is going on. This has been a frustrating day for sure.

Still no word on my phone yet, I tried tracking by reference but nada. And why do I think when the order status page comes up that it's still going to say the same thing? :mad:

That's weird. 2 days after I placed my order I was unable to cancel also... But like last week they had sent an email about the phones being backordered and estimated ship dates and on the bottom of the email it said to call to cancel order, or to switch to another device. This is my first preorder experience, and last

No didn't cancel my order. Got the tracking # a few hours ago.
 
My Apple pal put an MB Plus 256 on hold for me at the local store. Do I go pick that up or maybe wait for my JB Plus 128 tracking #? . I have until end of biz to pick it up on reservation.
 
C'mon 803604xx!! 7+ JB 128 all these people shipping with 8034 and 8035 I follow these threads every year and never had an issue to post about. It this is ridiculous. I was kinda late to order I did it around noon 9/9 but still I had zero problems with the 6 or 6s launch. My iPad Pro wasn't even bckordered this long.

I still haven't received my tracking number for my iPhone 7+ 256GB Black. It was supposed to come yesterday, but it didn't. I am literally so pissed off rn.
