Does anyone know if it's difficult to cancel an online order with Sprint? I ordered an 7 plus but don't want to wait as there is one available in an Apple Store near me.

It is very difficult. I have literally been on the phone for 5 hours trying to cancel my order. They just keep telling me I can't cancel the order because it is processing. BUT they keep quoting me a date of 11/3 for my order to be shipped. So, to me... In my opinion that is not an order that is processing.

If you got that I'd say that's a very good sign. A lot of us got that yesterday and most of them are getting tracking today or it least it seems to be that way.

Who ever ordered a 32GB MB 7+ we're not going to see anything until next week. Because I notice they shipped phones to all the people who ordered on the 9th earlier this week! So I know this second batch is for us who ordered on the 10th - maybe the 13th. I've waited this long so one more week isn't going to hurt me! My order # is 80386****

Have you tried logging in to your sprint account and checking Sprint Store Transaction history? Maybe something will be there...just a thought!
