Me too! I chatted with Sprint about that very topic today and she wanted order numbers of peoples orders that were going out before mine because she said it was impossible that orders after mine were going out before mine. I told it was true! She could careless about what I was saying. Sprint customer service is to be desired for sure!

I mean I can compile a list of order numbers given a few hours right here in this very forum. It will take some digging but it can be done. If that's what she wants I will be more than happy to oblige.

Question for those that have gotten their phone:

Was a signature required or did you pre-sign using UPS myChoice?

Honestly don't want to scroll through the pages to find out. Haha
 
For all of you still holding out on hope...

I ordered on 9/9 and got through at 3:30 AM CST.

Today at about 7PM CST, I saw on my UPS MyChoice a new shipment, then about 30 minutes later Sprint sent an email saying my device shipped (this was weird because they did not send an email last year for the 6S).

I did not choose or pay for Express Shipping but still got UPS Next Day Air Saver with a scheduled delivery of Tuesday!
My order number was oy-shso-803452XXXX

P.S. I was told MANY lies, some by people on this forum, some by chat reps, some by CEOs of Sprint, etc.
I was told I wouldn't get my phone till Oct 7th, I was told I would get it Oct 16th, I was even told I would get it Launch Day. All of which were lies.

Basically what I'm trying to say is hold onto hope because the week/weekend is still young and you never know when you could get the email. BUT! Take what other people say with a grain of salt because you'll either get excessively ANGRY or desperately HOPEFUL (which inevitably leads to disappointment)...

Good luck to everyone who's waiting and congrats to everyone who has their shining new devices on the way!!

Dude, I tried going to a sprint store in my home town and when my girlfriend and I were leaving there was a group of guys outside pointing an assault rifle toward us, fingers on the trigger, and he actually pulled it. Luckily it wasn't loaded but I bitched to customer service about it and they said "oh, what's your question?" They don't care.

I tracked using my account number as reference and found a package weighing 2 pounds. I remember seeing pages back about someone doing the same and their package having Libertyville, IL in the tracking. Did anybody figure out what that meant?
 
Mine is scheduled for delivery on Tuesday but no one will be home until 8PM. I don't want the UPS guy to drop it off at the front door or anywhere without anyone being home. Can I have it in hold in a UPs store and pick it up when it's available? I would prefer to pick it up while I'm at work (lunch break) than risk it being stolen or taken by a dog lol

Not going to lie, I think I've been to Best Buy at least 5 times to touch the jet black model. Even left some scratches on it while testing the durability hahaha

Nice mine is exactly the same story of when I ordered I. Store maybe mine will ship ....fingers crossed
 
Nothing for me today
Filling the void with case shopping. With my luck the case will arrive before my phone even ships...
