Same. What are the first 5 of your order number? Mine are 80383XXXX and I know it'a not necessarily based on order number but more inventory, maybe when one of us gets an update the other will be close to follow??

Pre-Ordered mine Online through Sprint on 09/10 in the Evening.

Still no change. Been watching here since 09/13.

My wife ordered a 128 RG + on 09/11 and her phone arrived on WED?!
Are you serious!? Sprint is really dropping the ball this year. I have pre ordered several times and never had a problem this time it's been a disaster. Was the order done online or in store?
 
After I called Sprint, I gave them the order number, and they gave me the tracking number (This was yesterday). And today when I go to the my order page, I can see the tracking number! So for those who still don't have a tracking number call Sprint. Not your local Sprint, Customer Service Sprint. There is still hope for all of you!
 
Was anyone able to get applecare on their iphone? I saw the option when I was shopping around on the sprint website, but then when I ordered on the phone they said only apple could add it.
 
I also made it to the Apple Store where I was able to pickup and lease my 7+ MB 256 and my wife's 7+ RG 256. We had preordered a 7+ JB 256 and a 7+ RG 128. Anyway. They had the reservation. When he asked if we were doing IUP we said no. I explained I wanted to try to see if I could lease through sprint, I told him he needed the iPad. He got it and we worked through the process with him and a coworker. Between the 4 of us it took some time... about an hour to get my phone to go through. Once we knew the process and what info we needed where we were able to fly through my wife's in 10 minutes.

We walked out paying $0 for two iPhone 7+ 256gb phones. All leased through sprint.

I'm wondering why I had to pay a deposit? Maybe it's because I went from a 4.7 to a plus and also increased storage?

Yet another in store preorder with tracking. I literally think my Sprint store is the worst on the planet. How are y'all getting tracking?! Lol.

I'm soooo curious why you have no tracking. My store didn't give me mine but instead I got it from @sprintcare on twitter

My wife has been with Sprint for 17 years (believe me we aren't bragging. It's been a long disappointing run with them... we have decided when a carrier other than T-Mobile offers a buy out your contract deal we are taking it. This preorder process and lack of honest feedback from Sprint has caused us to leave) and we hardly have to pay deposits or anything like that.
 
at point does anyone know how to run ios 10 on the Samsung note because this backorder s@i^ is crazy .it seems that everyone is ignoring the new schedule for the jet black it has been pushed back 3 weeks wtf

Although I am truly happy for everyone who have received their phone or shipping info, this stuff does piss me off just a bit.

I ordered mine in the evening as well. 80392xxxx Who knows really? Someone said that most all the pre-orders should be filled this week.
 
Hey all! I have already received my phone but I wanted to give ya a heads up for when you return your old phones back to sprint. UPS "lost" my 6 plus. Sprint is kind enough to extend my bill as to give UPS time to "find" my missing 6 plus because they have already charged me for the 6 plus (since I was on a lease and had chosen to return the phone back). So when you return your phones, keep track of the package until it reaches Sprint. Only positive is that if UPS does not find my phone, they will supposedly reimburse me the full amount of what the phone is worth...which according to apple the 6 plus 32g is worth $650 but mine is a 64g so i have no idea what I would be reimbursed. Has anyone gone through this?

I've tried them on Twitter, Chat, and calling and talking to Order Support and nobody can give me anything. Lol. I emailed the manager of the store I preordered from last night so hopefully he'll respond and help me out. All I ever got was an email of my in store receipt with my down payment. That's it. Never got a confirmation email never got a back order email.

I do have a theory now though...

I'm beginning to think that my order was done through their Point of Sale system like I bought a phone that was already in store. They put my name on a list and when/if the phone comes in a store stock delivery they'll call me. It's the only explanation I could think of for me just getting a receipt and not anything else.

The people who ordered in store and was able to get tracking their rep probably completed the order through the sprint website. Which gives them all the benefits of a order number and tracking once it ships.

Needless to say, this is my absolute 1st and last time doing this in store.
 
Dude don't believe what those knuckle heads tell you. Wait until tomorrow or Tuesday. I'm guessing that they will do two shipments a week to fulfill all the pre orders all the way up until the first week of October when they day at that point you can walk in to a store and get whatever model and color you want so just be chill it will come.

To remind myself that there are people out there that are cooler than me or just as cool as me to be extra excited about this experience and frustrated and pissed at the same time. If it makes you guys feel any better my girlfriend ordered her iPhone 7+ JB 128GB on Verizon around 4AM EST and people who ordered later are getting their phones "shipped + tracking" she called and spoke with a manager and they said "nothing we can do about it" so it's not just us getting shafted.

I haven't gotten my tracking or anything but I'm hoping either some point today or tomorrow. I ordered early on 9/9 so hopefully I get some info today.
