Last year it was at like 7 am for me, Im so ticked right now. Dont even know why I thought it would be different this year.

Same thing here. Went through the Apple app and it says it's reserved.

however I'm a little worried. I'm doing the iPhone forever. sprint website said i was eligible for upgrade but i checked apple yesterday and said i wasn't. hopefully they can fix that and allow me to get the one i reserved

I'm just on the easy pay plan... Could I have gone that route on the Apple Store?

Well the plans that show up on apple's site arent the iphone forever plan, its apple's own plan that includes Applecare and is more expensive per month..so i think im just gonna stick to sprint's site

yeah i noticed that. i guess i was thinking if sprint showed i was eligible then apple should too when it checked my status. oh well, we will see
 
Sprint's website finally showed me the line I want to upgrade, but when I selected it, the store loaded a blank page. Hit refresh and now I'm back with the error message.

If Sprint's system is down how is Apple going to communicate with Sprint. The options listed in the Apple Store is Apple's own items. Sounds like a customer service nightmare. I'm waiting till the Sprint site is working to place my order.
 
Apple couldn't communicate with Sprint to verify my upgrade but it did give me a reservation number.

yeah you're right. luckily i didn't place any $$ towards it. they would email me and i have 24 hours to finish the order.

bestbuy.com still can't connect to sprint... this sucks
sprint.com doesn't work
apple.com gave me a reservation number but jetblack wasn't for 9/26 :(
 
What a mission. Just trying to get my black 256 GB and go to sleep. It's 3:40 am here, lol.
 
This is horrible..I got 2 computers running trying to upgrade...nothing is working
 
Apparently I'm going to get a reservation number email eventually. And then I get to wait 2-3 weeks. Wow.
 
I guess I'm just going to go to bed for a little and wait until tele sales open for Sprint and upgrade over the phone.
