So where is everyone getting stuck? I've got browsers all hanging when trying to Pick the device you want to upgrade and ending with "oops...something happened, click again".

Is anyone at least seeing their account?

At least last year Telesales was open to accept orders. They're closed until 8am EDT this year. Typical Sprint!
 
So are you guys going to pull an all nighter waiting for the site to work? I'm going to catch some ZzZZzZ....
 
apple's site now saying jet blacks are shipping in November...great
Luckily, thats completely unrelated to what we're doing on the Sprint site since they have their own inventory.

The hope here is that NOBODY is getting through and supply is still adequate. And since we have only one person reporting that they got a preorder (which was BEFORE 12:00) then maybe their servers are just out. Again.

(BTW. One year I was up until 3AM dealing with Sprints website garbage. My order sai 4-6weeks but they still arrived at launch. So there is hope.)

But yet their site says "Preorder" and so does their twiiter account...why did I switch to Sprint...smh
 
I'd say that chat doesn't know what they're talking about. The website is just down, and they don't know how to admit it.

Got three hours of sleep then. Trying online is giving me a headache.
 
The sprint store keeps giving me a pop up saying my bill is due, but it's not due until the 11th and I have auto pay for every 10th of the month it pays.... If this prevents me from pre ordering I will freak out
 
Sprints entire system must be down.

I went to the Best Buy website and you cant do anything with sprint when trying to upgrade or add a line...no matter what phone you select.

Nothing can be more frustrating than clicking that "Call to Order" button and then having a recording of the Verizon Guy tell you how awesome Sprint is and then find out telesales is closed.

Seriously Sprint. This happens every year. If you're not going to upgrade the servers then at least get a telesales team to work one iPhone Launch overnight.
 
Do you guys think it'll be up remotely soon? I have work in 4 hours lol... I have yet to sleep
 
I actually managed to get through on their desktop site... got a confirmation page and everything. I chose the lease option as that's the option used with my iPhone forever program that I have with sprint... 7 plus 128gb. It does say it will be shipped 9/30.... hoping that's much sooner.

About 5 minutes ago. I went to my account page, went to my device, and then chose the "upgrade phone." It then asked me if I wanted to pay off the rest of my lease on my current 6S, or trade it in. I chose trade in. Then I selected iPhone 7 Plus... then it let me choose my color and size, and then finally I clicked on the 18-month lease and "Next Step." I was stuck on the next step forever. It just keep refreshing the same page over and over again... but it finally went through.
