We originally tried to order on the 9th, but there was an issue with Sprint's system and the order never went through. We didn't find out until the 22nd, at which point we went in and placed a new order. Their systems were going by the order date of the 22nd until I sent Joan an email and explained the situation. Fortunately, she was able to get our ship date pushed up since our order was supposed to have been placed on the 9th.
When did you order? If you ordered earlier on, and don't hear anything by the end of the week, I'd definitely get in touch with them. You never know what strings they may be able to pull for you.
