I preordered on the 15th and cancelled a few days later. They had no problem cancelling my order and it was definitely not in the warehouse when they did it. Who did you talk to?


I talked to order support and even went to the store two times, but I guess it's no problem as I wanna know when it'll arrive at the store :cool::cool::cool:
 
Yeah because my original order date was suppose to be 9/10 but got pushed back to 9/12 due to sprint not being able to figure out how to transfer my account on to my own bill and I had to wait over weekend until that Monday.
I would definitely get in contact with her then, since that's another thing that Sprint messed up.
 
Well, Joan definitely came through for me. I received another email from her this morning with the tracking number and an update that they would be delivered to the store today. Tracking now says that they were. I'll be picking it up later this afternoon hopefully. :)
 
Hello everyone, I've been reading along in the thread as I ardered a RG 128 7+ in store on 09/19. Then last friday I found it on bestbuy so I ordered it and it was delivered yesterday. Sprint said that I can't cancel my instore order until it's in the warehouse.
Another thing for everyone who got their phones, I noticed it make some """ hiss """ sound right at the back where the camera and the logo are. Just want to know if anyone else have this issue?

Just to show you a little bit of the benefits of the 7+ - I could not imagine taking a photo this clear with my old 6+.

After all the dust settled I sent a thank you to Kathryn/Katherine and also a shout out to the retail rep who handled getting my phone configured in the store.

I had mentioned I'd noticed that the activation fee hadn't been waived as previously offered under the pre-order so after mentioning it politely they credited me $30 which was nice.

I hope all of you get some movement on your orders soon.

I have been following this forum periodically. I ordered the 32 mb plus on 9/12 and just got confirmation it shipped today!!!!
I ordered the same phone the same day!!! I hope I'm next..what's your Order # and what time did you order?

Was the waived activation fee offered specifically to you or for everyone preordered? I may have to ask about that.
 
Has anyone who ordered a 7 + 128 GB JB online after 8:00 AM EST gotten their phone as of yet? If so would you provide the first 5-6 digits of your order number?

I'm interested in this info as well. First-come, first serve...my arse! I ordered a JB 7-Plus 128 GB at 2:03a on 9/9, and don't even have a tracking number yet. This is really effed up. Why did I even bother waiting up to the wee hours that night, just for Sprint to crap on me?

It doesn't appear that the other carriers are having problems to this extreme like Sprint is. So I do hold Sprint accountable, for allowing themselves to be Apple's b*tch while the other carriers don't.

I've been hearing that story forever, and I'm over it. Sprint could have substituted a MB+ 32, or 256 at this point, which i have told Marci's minions. Considering that I ONLY cancelled my 9/9 order, for a 9/11 order bc they said I should switch to the 128 for a sooner arrival.

I got a month of my bill credited, so I am not valid in hating them further. For me, Sprint's customer service HAS compensated for this nightmare.

What I am saying is that I might feel like a whiny ***** baby, complaining further... but so be it.

I want my ****.

Well, ONE DAY before it was supposed to ship I get an email saying my new revised ship date is 10/12-10/19... I'm just a little pissed.

I'm with you the changing Of dates the being left in the dark until you reach out as high as you can go is bull

JB 7+ 128GB. That's what I'm saying! I really hope it's a fluke. Oddly I ordered two of the same phones, one for my wife and one for me, her order number was the only one that I received that email for.
