I think 2 more devices to go and I'll probably retire from this thread. Then we can all meet back here in 11 months to do it again. To everyone else keep the faith!

Although it was a nerve racking process getting tracking and no phone then dealing with customer service and order support it was fun trying to keep the mood light with jokes and memes about Sprint and Apple.

If it wasn't for this thread I wouldn't have realized there was a problem with my preorder as quickly as I did.
Hoping everyone gets their kit soon.
 
Looks like the ship dates for the 7+ JB 128GB have officially been revised from 10/7 to 10/12-10/19 on the Sprint order page. I'm about ready to just cancel my order completely. One day.. ONE DAY before shipping and all of a sudden they push it 5-12 days further. Sprint, GFY.

Yeah I saw that this morning. I'm wondering what ripple effect that's going to have on all the other dates. It's become a pattern that if they won't make the deadline, they postpone revising the dates and letting anyone know until the day/night before the original date.
 
No tracking, but this post made this the best morning for me best since... well the 16th!

I got up this morning and was shocked to find an email with my tracking number and UPS just delivered my 128G MB+. Ordered 9/11 around 3:00PM eastern time. My order # oy-msh0-803979XXX. I was sure it would get delayed because of the hurricane as I'm in Tampa.

Good luck. Hopefully you will hear something soon.

So I emailed Joan and this is what I got for the Jet black Plus's 128 GB.

Looks like Joan got some bad info on the shipping of the (alleged) first batch of JB 7+ 128GB....they've all been delayed (allegedly). Or she was outright lying, and I would not be surprised if that were the case.

I have a feeling she knew. She wasn't going to tell you before they changed it in their systems so they can blame it on Apple again.
 
I inquired this morning and I just got a call from escalations, "warehouse is empty, we're just at the mercy of Apple". He said we just have to wait it out lol. Completely kinda brushed off when I told him others have already received the same device and configuration who ordered after me. 2 more weeks! Lol

Sprint you are one cruel mistress. 1, 2, 3 , 4 count it, 4 emails now and not one of them has my shipping confirmation.

On Best Buy's website, you can have the 7+ 128 GB Jet Black for verizon shipped next day.smh sprint...

Same thing for Sprint on Best Buy. It shows Ships next day for 7 Plus JB in 128GB. WTF?

I blame Sprint for screwing up the order that orders are filled.
I blame Apple for basically forcing customers how or where they purchase.

Customers get fed up with the carriers lack of stock early on and go to Apple and get their yearly upgrade package or go to Best Buy.

Apple wants to make purchasing early from the carriers painful so you'll come to them or Best Buy and Apple has a partnership with Best Buy.

So what happens is we say "I'll never preorder from Sprint or any carrier again" which is what Apple wants to some degree.
If they get you in a Apple Store you may buy something else. Same with Best Buy.
In store at Sprint or online there's nothing else to buy really that Apple will get a taste of.

Just returned from AC and picked my wife's RG 128 plus up. Going in the store just pissed me off even further. The girl that helped was texting on her matte black 7 plus and the demo plus was also matte black. Mean while I'm sitting her playing musical delivery date with escalations! Smh

For those that have sent their phones back how long does it take for sprint to remove the charges for the phone you sent back because I paid my entire bill and I'm still showing a balance of $689.12 for the iPhone 6S plus I sent back.

I'm not certain but I know on the buy back deal it's 2 billing cycles. I'm not sure though.
 
Any of you guys that had a 6+ or 6s+ notice any performance issues while on LTE with the 7+, my 6s+ seemed to load content faster than my 7+ does.
