Dose anyone know around wat time UPS United States Next Day Air Saver ("Red Saver") drops off. Regular UPS dont come by till around 8 ish for me.
 
Got a call back about my frustrations with the pre-order experience last night. Called back immediately...no response. Called again 20 minutes later...no response and left voicemail with followup email....24 hours later and nothing. Nice Sprint.
 
Yeah I agree. I was online at the launch time (3:00am est) and was not able to get my order through until 4:30am .. and probably will be stuck waiting .. oh well what can you do
I didn't try and order that early, I got my confirmation email at 9:37amct and same I'm probably gonna be waiting as well for a couple days

I was/am in the iPhone Forever program.

Those waiting for jet black - what did you expect. A 'new' color (wasn't the original iPhone jet black?) is always hard to get when it is first released.

We expected they would at least have some in stock. I talked to a Sprint VP and he said even the very first person to order a 256GB Jet Black Plus wouldn't be getting his at launch.

If that's the case, then Friday isn't a launch for that model.

What did we expect? We were expecting Sprint to at least have a few Jet Black models on-hand. In our defense, Sprint didn't even have a notice on its splash page or pre-order page that would otherwise indicate that it wouldn't deliver by 9/16.
 
I'm not even mad that all the pre-order stock through Sprint isn't going to be available on launch day. I'm just disappointed.

I don't know which Sprint VP you spoke to, but if I'm not mistaken you said their name was Nick and I don't think there's anyone with that name working as VP.

How could you possibly talk to the Vice President of a company as big as Sprint. He has no time to talk to customers
 
Man I've switched to Sprint at the beginning of the year and it has been nothing but a disappointment the entire time. I switched to save a few bucks but dude they rip you around every corner! Tell you one thing and get another. It may be one thing to be sold out but it's another to be the sole carrier just jacking this up. I've had every phone since the 3GS at launch and have never had an issue even with all the chaos. I've planned accordingly each time and this time.....well we all know how this crap is going.

Seems to be shipping out of order, so I still have hope but its dwindling as we speak.

Marci was the VP we emailed (at least Nick said she was a VP). On the phone I talked to Nick. Don't know what his title was, but he was the one who told me that.

Corporations are lousy with VPs these days. There's a regional cable company here in town with about 15 VPs. A company the size of Sprint probably has way more.

I revived tracking at 10:42AM EST today for one of my orders but UPS still isn't showing anything.. I assume I'll still get it tomorrow?? Hmm.

Yeah Marci had a woman call me. The first conversation didn't go well, although it was more about my frustrations with Sprint over the years than actually getting my phone. She basically told me the status page is dead on. I hung up with her even angrier because she failed to give any more information than the status page. This was simply the straw that broke the camels back.

I emailed Marci again saying nicely "I'm done" and no further action was necessary.

I received another call from the same woman who apologized for the frustration we've had over the years and they were wiping out bill for the month. After that text after text of $20 credits until the $179 was gone.

I appreciate the bill, but in the end I would've like to have known that getting up at 3 to trudge trough an hour and a half of issues with the website was no different than ordering 4 days later before 11.....
 
If placed online youll get express shipping free - Im looking at my account and emails now just realized so i assume... i could be wrong that ill get it tomorrow? Free 14.95$ ill take it just realized this

Also since upgrading my accounts been charged 534.64 -____- I still have to send my Rose Gold 6S plus back but still sick at just looking at the amount until i get credited
