Yeah Marci had a woman call me. The first conversation didn't go well, although it was more about my frustrations with Sprint over the years than actually getting my phone. She basically told me the status page is dead on. I hung up with her even angrier because she failed to give any more information than the status page. This was simply the straw that broke the camels back.

I emailed Marci again saying nicely "I'm done" and no further action was necessary.

I received another call from the same woman who apologized for the frustration we've had over the years and they were wiping out bill for the month. After that text after text of $20 credits until the $179 was gone.

I appreciate the bill, but in the end I would've like to have known that getting up at 3 to trudge trough an hour and a half of issues with the website was no different than ordering 4 days later before 11.....

I only switched to Sprint for the iPhone Forever Plan. Otherwise, I would've stayed with AT&T which not only has better service, but can actually meet its demand with more organization. In fact, I only just discovered that the Sprint salesperson that "helped" me switch actually financed $500 worth of equipment that I didn't need. And, Sprint never "cut" my bill in half nor did they reimburse the Early Termination Fees that came along..

My friend in Ohio ordered a JB 256 7P and Sprint shipped the wrong phone! She ordered in store and when she got the delivered notification she called and found out they shipped her the regular black. They're telling her she has to come in tomorrow, cancel the original order, and start over! She's livid because she questioned whether or not it was the correct phone when she preordered and the woman told her it was correct. I feel sorry for that woman if she comes into contact with her tomorrow!

I know it doesn't make the jet blacks come any faster, but it seems this is a problem across the board. You can't even get them from an Apple store tomorrow.

I hope everyone waiting for one gets it really soon!

I'm about to send another email. I NEVER heard back after attempting to follow up with the guy who called me. The past time I had to go through exec support, I was called several times...given an email with some info and asked when to follow up. This time I got more of a "Lol if you want to talk give me a call" attitude.

Oh ****. I'd be some kind of pissed.
 
Ordered in store 7p black 128 and nothing yet. No emails, no order number. Called the store and they said that they do not know and that they'll call me when it's there. They said they will begin receiving shipment today.

Anyone in the same boat?
I am my store knows jack **** I'm just waiting on a call at this point
 
Had a departure scan this morning around 9:30am from Louisville, and now just saw an arrival scan at 3:30pm in Indianapolis!!!

Can't wait for tomorrow.

edit: ORIGIN scan was at 9:39am, Departure scan was 1:15pm
 
Got a shipping notification at 6am today. UPS is finally showing shipment info. It shipped 2nd day air but says it will be delivered tomorrow!

Yeah I agree. I was online at the launch time (3:00am est) and was not able to get my order through until 4:30am .. and probably will be stuck waiting .. oh well what can you do
I didn't order till about 5:30 am est, didn't get my confirmation email till about 7:30 am and I got my shipping indie this morning and finally it popped up on my ups for delivery tomorrow. Stay positive!!! There is still hope

Kinda blown because I ordered mine very early (5:35am EST) and was expecting it tomorrow.
