I ordered the black iPhone 7 plus 32 gig and no tracking yet. I ordered that phone at 530am on the 9th. Would love to get tracking info today.

No, it just says I will have it by the 30th like a lot of people. I thought since I ordered the day of that I would get mine right away, but guess not!
I ordered a Gold 256 7+ and still nothing. In fact, my order status now says that it will be delivered between 09/23/2016-09/30/2016. I don't think it was just the matte finish. I haven't seen one gold one ship with the higher amount either (and I'm not referring to the rose gold because I have seen those ship).
I ordered a 256 matte black, I woke up today hoping to find tracking info but then find out my order got pushed back. I'm not mad about not getting the phone, I'm actually quite excited for the people who did. I'm fired up over the fact that Apple knew there was gonna be a fu€k of a demand for them and then dropped the ball. I'm sorry to those people who waited up all night just for the sites to go live again then get the shaft that their phone will probably be one of the later ones to ship
Ordered a Jet Black 128gb Plus at about 7:15am EDT (site didn't cooperate from 3-3:40am so I went back to sleep). Then immediately after, ordered my wife a Rose Gold in the same model. Yesterday she gets a tracking number and I still have nothing. Site says will ship by 10/7 if ordered before 8am CT. Like others, I'm still holding out hope it ships sooner.
Update; this morning (I live in the twin cities) the UPS shipment arrived in Minneapolis from Louisville, KY around 4:30am CST and was sent out for delivery at 6:20am CST by end of today. I ordered in the Sprint store so i'll pick it up there; iPhone 7 32 matte black. I ordered on Saturday, September 10 around 10:30 CST. The weight is 3 lbs so I suspect mine is shipping with another customer's iphone as I only ordered one.
What model and color did u order. I'm in Janesville...and haven't received anything yet...
I just tried the reference number by phone number thing and it didn't work.

128gb matte black iPhone 7 ordered @ 302am from Sprint website is on the truck for delivery today
I was originally told my matte black 128 7+ would be delivered today by Sprint. Now they are saying it's still on backorder and it should deliver by next Friday. If you placed your order early that morning, I'm assuming you're in what they called the "first wave". Very frustrating to get all this conflicting information. I should have stayed with Verizon haha.
HAHA .. maybe i need to switch to Verizon. I used to order/distribute all the phones for the company I work for and we use Sprint for our business. The Sprint rep I had to work with kept giving me crap for using AT&T so i switched ... 6 years later i think it might be time for a change
A little more expensive, but I had the last 3 iPhones on release day. Very few issues getting it while I was with them.
They told you next Friday? That's interesting. Maybe I should give them a call, I ordered pretty early on 9/9
The only thing that has kept me with Sprint is the fact I get a really good corp discount because of our affiliation with them. Honestly I'm not pissed that they ran out of phones more annoyed that they were having obvious "site issues" on their biggest launch night of the year. You would think they would be prepared to an extensive amount of traffic on this day. I'm a little annoyed at Apple too because you have to know with their new upgrade every year plans and the carriers doing the same thing people are going to upgrade just because they can so the demand is obviously going to rise. There is some colors they do not even have avail for the people spending the night at Apple stores today. The whole process needs some work. I mean it sucked waking up @ 3am and having to deal with an hour or so of site issues only to have to wait probably two weeks after launch to get my phones ..
Ugh, that's crappy luck. Hope somehow it can still make it by end of today for you.
Right, and I've gotten so much conflicting information from their reps. I know the phone supply is out of their control, but the website issues and the representatives should have been better.
