So it says order last updated on 9/16 but no tracking

It supposedly refreshes every time you "log in" to it. So it will say "last updated" every time you check your status.

To be honest, I don't know what to believe anymore. I was told yesterday I had "equipment assignment" and was in good shape to get a phone today. Today they say it's still back ordered but should be in by next Friday.

My phone is scheduled for delivery today, does anyone know if you have to sign for it? I have myUPS and when I track the phone it says out for delivery but does not say signature required anywhere so I'm hoping I don't have to sign

Right, and I've gotten so much conflicting information from their reps. I know the phone supply is out of their control, but the website issues and the representatives should have been better.

Honestly I didn't even try to get in touch with a rep about this. I already knew to get more then a blanket answer from a rep would be impossible and a waste of my time. Their customer service has always been lacking and the with phone shortages being out of their control I'm sure they are not even positive when this stuff will ship because they are awaiting stock. Again that's not their fault but the site issues are. I am honestly curious to see how many "new" customer orders went through in that first hour compare to "existing customer" orders.

Mine says 3lbs too. I would LOVE for my moms phone to be in the same box but I heard that they ship everything separately BUT who knows how true that is as well...

I only ordered one phone and no return kit, my box says 7lbs

Not here. I think at this point and everything I have read and talked to others about those of us who did pre order this kit will be the last to get our phones.

Most likely picking up my 128 in store tomorrow. Pre ordered on 9/10 in store and a sales rep told me it should be here tomorrow

I would have gotten that in writing, especially if it's a matte or jet black you pre ordered.

I had the same question and did some googling. I found that if you are in an area that is already approved to release your non-signature required packages, then you wont see that option to sign the waiver or options under the delivery instructions. The only options I show is where to leave the package.

Guess I'm not getting the phone today after all. It is literally at UPS 30 minutes away since last night. Delivery was scheduled today, but now it says Monday. Why?! Any chance they just messed up, and it's still delivered today?

Call ups and ask them, usually they'll hold it for pickup if it's in their possession
