Ugh. I should not have cancelled my order.
Stuck on hold listening to the loop of treacly classical guitar music, the announcements for "all reps are assisting other callers" (in the 'strict old lady librarian voice') and the ads for various products and services for way too long.
Why? They cancelled my order all right but they now claim I'm not eligible for a phone upgrade for at least another year when I was eligible prior to ordering. Ack!

I just stopped a local Sprint store and the UPS truck was sitting out front. They one IP 7 for display which was the Plus model and in Matte Black (which is what I pre-ordered).
I did snap a pic but of the truck and can say that IP 7 + in Matte Black is really nice. Great feel and look. I'm glad I went with that one as I now know it's worth the wait.
I freaked for a few seconds. Got a text from Sprint but it was your bill is due soon. Lol.
I won't be able to pick mine up until after 4:00pm CST but have yet to receive notification that it was delivered.
Saw a guy today pick up his matte black 7+32 gig he said they called and emailed him
It can sometimes take 24 hours for the system to update. I'm not sure when you cancelled your order, but that may be the case. Plus, their system is probably slammed unfortunately.
UPDATE: My UPS stated that the phone was delivered to my store! Iphone 7 32 gb black matte ordered in store on September 10 at 10:30am CST. Delivered at 12:30pm CST to the store; I have to wait until after work to go get it which won't be until 4:00pm at the earliest.
Love it Sprint stalking.
Kind of... I work pretty close to this store so I'm now questioning myself as to why I simply didn't order it there opposed to this pre-order drama.
That said, I really just wanted to see the phone up close and personal. The display phone they have is the Matte Black 7+ and it is pretty sweet. It looks WAY better than the Space Grey or Black they've had in recent years in my own opinion. Now, I continue to play the waiting game.
A frind, Sprint store manager, preordered a 128 GB 7+JB for me and a 128GB 7+ Rose Gold for the wife on the 10th when he opend the store that day.
Said they were to be shipped to store for delivery today...

I ordered a 32GB 7+ Matte Black last Friday (09/09) around 8am EST. Only thing I've received is an email stating it would be delivered by 09/30/2016. I'm finding it hard to believe people are getting tracking numbers already that ordered on the 10th?!
Mine was delivered!! No signature required. I'm at work so no pic yet lol. Called my neighbor as soon as I got the notification and she picked it up for me since it was left at my door. Trying to get out of work ASAP. I didn't even bother getting a case because I thought I wouldn't get it for another week lol.
