Just out of curiosity, has anyone actually received a tracking number for an iPhone 7 Plus matte black 256gb yet?

Left voicemail with all my info. Nothing. Emailed Marci again. The guy sent me an email with a brief apology and that he would call yesterday afternoon. Still nothing.So I call executive escalations back after they left a voicemail.
The silver + is apparently backordered and I didn't order it in time to get it by the 30th even though it says it'll ship BY THE 30th.

I got that too because I paid for the 2yr and not payment plan. They are trying to get you on a payment plan, I chose not to.So I just check my sprint account and I get hit with the " Congratulations you can upgrade! " I found this really odd because I used my the upgrade on the black 7+. Anyone else getting this?

I ordered a 128 GB Matte Black 7+ at 1:19 AM Pacific, about as early as anyone could who was upgrading via Sprint's website, and I still don't have any tracking info other than the "ships by 9/30" message.
I call BS on that. Apple knew 2 brand new colors would be the highest in demand. I almost feel like they limit production on purpose to cause a hype and publicity that they all sold out.I don't think it's sprint fault, probably didn't expect this much volume over two new colors.

I think you're exactly right about them purposefully limiting production to build hype... Genius on their part, but super frustrating as a customer. I also think they bumped up the release date a week to take advantage of the Note 7 fiasco. Super disappointed in Apple this year!
