Because I'm a crazy mofo I got tempted to edit my address to remove the county. Low and behold it changed my delivery estimate back to 27-29 Sept. I re-added the county and it went back to 20-22 Sept. So for those who believe it's a 'caching' issue, you're wrong. It's a glitch, or a purposefully coded precaution to provide slightly longer delivery dates for locations that it doesn't recognise.

Too good to be true. Typical...

The text I received from UK Mail quotes a different Apple order number to the one on my order summary. :-S

I had a 14 digit number in the text that doesn't start with W, unlike the Apple site showing a 10 digit one that does start with a W. I think they should not have worded the text as order number and that one is just the courier tracking number.

i dont think so, the camera lens is in a different position. I got a new silicone one off ebay for 99p with the hole in the right place

I know it's not 100% until that driver turns up on Saturday, but I just confirmed with Very - who checked my account and said I should still get my iPhone 7 Plus 128Gb in matte black on Saturday. I have uploaded a copy of the chat that confirms they have checked.

I have an order from Very too. Previously the delivery date last checked said 13th then on the 14th people started having their delivery dates changed for after launch.

This morning my delivery still says by the 17th and the delivery date last checked says the 14th so maybe they have some stock since mine wasn't pushed back?

Still highly skeptical it will turn up but one can dream.

Just had my dispatch confirmation text from Apple and it's DPD that'll be delivering my order. Like a few on this thread, I upgraded to 08:30 to 10:30 delivery because it means I can then get on with my day.

How do you upgrade?

Just heard from my local store that EE got zero Plus models in any shade of black. And that mine won't arrive until November.

I flipped my lid of course - but I'm not disappointed as I knew it would happen.

the phones are coming direct from apple the lady on the chat told me. I think what they do is reserve so many for their customers to order.

How do you upgrade?

Follow the link in the text message confirmation and there should be a button to upgrade your delivery, if it's DPD looking after your order.
