It can literally be dispatched at any stage. Just remember, thousands and upon thousands ordered at 08:04
Just been told first batch are by UK Mail, a second batch are being prepared for DPD, and they are sorted by hubs/ regions

Literally the exact same. iPhone 7 Plus Black 128GB now showing shipped. Delivery to Essex.
Interestingly, my app "Deliveries" was showing 4 days until I received the package. Now that it is shipped it is showing that it will be delivered tomorrow! I'll take that estimate with a pinch of salt though!
They can pass straight over to courier very early in the morning, around 4/5am for delivery that day. Again though, it can be dispatched at any time.

Apple would provide their own delivery estimate, then when the courier receives the product, they would update this accordingly.
With carphone warehouse i don't know what to believe is it coming 23rd or 30th September or later so i have no idea i'm confused, I've just been chatting with Carphone warehouse (YET AGAIN !!!) and there now saying October 7th and i'm furious i'm giving them till next friday and if its not been dispatched i'll be ringing them up and wanting to know what's going off and maybe even cancelling it !!!

Well interestingly I just got my Dispatched email from Apple, and its being sent by UK MAIL not UPS! And it is already in the UK! I expected to see it in China when I clicked the tracking link! Looks like I will be getting it tomorrow!
For the people freaking out about people who ordered the same phone after you... chill the f out! They will be scanning a massive pile of iPhones onto a van in no particular order.

So after receiving my shiny new jet black 128gb on Friday I decided to trade in my iPhone 6 64gb to game, seems to be the best price at the moment... the process ain't smooth, first waited 25 minutes, then a 10 minute argument with the very knowledgeable chap behind the counter. Apparently according to him all iPhones sold by apple are auto locked to the first network sim interested, he has bought all his iPhones from apple and that happened to him, told him he was incorrect a few times which seemed to make him a little mad, would only offer grade C price for a pristine condition phone, was expecting grade B at least given the phone has been cased since I got it and all original accessories are in the box.
I left the store at that point and will try another store, maybe it was the end of hard day but dearly me it was hard work
