They are very straight forward. All they wanted to see was that it switched on and that the buttons worked and that was it and they offered me the top price. You get to keep the box and all your accessories. I sold it on Saturday and they credited £440 to my debit card it cleared in my account this morning. It's very straight forward and simple.

Did they ask if you bought a new phone from them to get a higher price?

No they didn't. The guy knew I bought my 7 plus from Apple because we discussed that before he gave me the quote.

My order (9th @ 8.09am) for iphone 7 jet black 128gb has changed to preparing for dispatch. However the delivery estimate is still 26th Sept - 3rd Oct. They have taken payment though.
