She seemed nice, she explained that each location has a specific number and she could therefore tell me what location it was at and where it had come from...

Right, I'm going to bed. Hoping I wake up tomorrow and see an email waiting for me telling me that my order has been dispatched and will arrive in the next few hours. But who am I really kidding, will probably be Thursday before I get mine :')
Yes, literally refreshed 1 minute ago, again now and it changed to dispatched.
I don't have a tracking number which is odd. maybe still loading it in..

Another e-mail from Apple to say my payment has failed, and after a couple of attempts to try a different card called Apple, again. Paul this time, who said he could manually update the payment card (maybe it was Tim Cook I was speaking with last time!) which he did and the new payment card is showing. Still no change in status, but hopefully the next time they try the card it will be successful.
Weird thing was the 4-digit card number showing on the order wasn't actually any of mine! Will remember not to try and use Apple Pay next time
Did pop into the store in Glasgow earlier and checked out both blacks side-by-side. Still happy with my JB decision, which looks stunning!

I've just had a push notification from my Amex app showing the Apple debit, plus the phone's now showing up as dispatched and also in my Support Profile.
Ahh why didn't you say so? In that case I will give you my bank account number, send the funds and I will be sure to totally send you the phone.
