How did you fit the phone the box provided. It seems to small when I tried. I hd no problems last year when I sent them my 6 Plus. This time the flaps just broke off. The 6S Plus seems to big. I've got to more of their boxes to try again but I'm not sure how I'm going to fit the phone.
