iPhone 7/7+ - UK Orders & Dispatches Thread

Hope everyone who got their phones enjoying. Its a great device. If people need help running that script pls try following the instructions. Python needs to be installed on PC, python 2.7, copy the contents of script into notepad or the Mac equivalent, modify it according to instructions, save as iPhone.py or whatever you want keeping the .py file extension and then run it. Should be fairly straight forward to follow the instructions though. You'll know its working because you'll get a push notification saying its running if setup correctly.

You'll probably find that there's the same amount going into stock for store as there are for online ordering each day, but because ordering online is an open free for all, you are blind to that. If online ordering was restricted to only what was available each day, you'd notice. Or if reservations were open like online orders, we would see the same dates for pickup as you.

I couldn't reserve in shop as there are no Apple stores within reasonable travel distance to me. Don't assume that everyone lives close to one or drives. For me online was the only realistic option.

Could you not just use the scratched phone until the new one turns up?

Download Coderunner in the App Store. Paste the code, set the lanaguge to Python in the drop down and follow the instructions about the API key and the stores you want to monitor (it's really just a copy paste job).

Thanks, I'll give it a go. Thank you for being patient and helpful unlike some on this thread.

On second thoughts, the app is £10.99. I'm not paying that much just to do this. Give it a miss aha.

Yeah, I don't know what's happened to this community. Used to be awesome but there are some real pieces of work here. Can recommend the /r/apple subreddit, we're a friendly bunch :)

Thank you for helping to prove my point. There are people that can't/don't want to order online and are in the same boat, but reliant on buying in a store.

For them, buying in store is the only realistic option, so don't be so self centred.

Was surprised to see Warsaw, but that does ring a bell for when I was waiting for my rMB 2015 to be delivered. So all is still good, especially as the flight is presently heading to Cologne now

That's the risk you run getting one in the launch period, replacements are hard to come by, as stock is scarce. Only option is to make you wait or commander an order someone had placed.

They were damned if they do or damned if they don't.

Looking forward to getting my iPhone i'm extremely happy its coming before October, I'll let you all know if i here anything else i'll let you all know, As i've said before if its coming on friday i should get an email or text tomorrow if its being dispatched on friday i'll here something on thursday, i certainly know what i'll be doing for the next 2 - 3 days :)

I hope you all get your iPhone 7 soon, even though they've said its on my account its coming on friday i'm not 100% certain that it'll come, i've just got to hope really that's the only thing i've got just like everyone else who's waiting for there iPhone's

Also downloading Sierra, been running it since i got my Macbook but i need to update to the public build

DJL update...dispatch notification received today 11:54 DHL Express. Tracking number provided by Apple not enough digits for DHL tracking. Called DHL and they traced my post code...shipment notification received and gave me waybill number which shows origin Eindhoven. Apple chat said dispatched today from China and 2-3 days from there explaining 28/9 estimated delivery date. So is my phone entourage from China or waiting to start and be picked up from Eindhoven?
 
I've been watching this thread since Pre-orders began, taking more interest since the story went up last night about orders earlier shipping.

Ordered a 7+ JB 128GB on 09/09 08:09 confirmation email, Current date 03/10 - 07/10 still in Processing, anyone had any movement on similar orders? Also paid via Apple Pay in the App, seeing stories about Apple Pay failing (also i've removed the card from the device as i've already traded in my 6) There's been no movement on my Barclaycard either. Is it likely my payment is gonna be delayed too?

My issue basically is that they say that they prioritise replacements but clearly this is just PR waffle to make you go away..........

I downloaded first GM. Was informed that a 2nd GM had been released. Tried to download the 2nd GM but App Store told me my code that I used for the first GM was a one time deal and couldn't use it again for the 2nd GM. Was it the 2nd GM u got?
