Just looked now and mine shows in transit still, but there is Exception shown in the tracking detail. From UPS information, exception means:

"An exception occurs when a package or shipment encounters an unforeseen event, which could result in a change to the expected delivery day. Examples of exception include: address unknown, damage to shipment, or signature not received"

Hopefully it won't affect the delivery date, which when I check in My Orders on Apple's website, it is still showing estimated delivery 28 September. Hopefully it will update some time tomorrow with another update. I think last time, that there was another stop over before it finally reached the UK.

I am in same boat as you. Phoned ups earlier still saying 28th delivery so fingers crossed

After checking my personal tracking number it would be a miracle is the DHL shipment where to arrive tomorrow :(

It's still in the Netherlands / Amsterdam

If I'm honest I'm a bit dissapointed with the new iPhone.

It's a little bit faster. Camera ok. Bit heavier. Weird button. I'll see what tomorrow brings.

No pluses in Manchester again at 10 pm. Anyone know if this will change over night or on the hour or is it another 6 am alarm call? Thanks

I don't think anyone really knows, stock has been appearing very erratically, sometimes at 10pm, sometimes at 6am and any time during the day it seems

Basically stock comes in daily to the store. So if no deliveries have come in the day then no stock is available at night.

I doubt there will be any stock at 6am. Best bet is to check through the day from about 10am when stores open and they start adding stock. So you might see some 7+ around 11am etc.

Whatever stock is left till 6pm the reservation page closes and the same stock is available again at 10pm.

Thats how i think it works.

Ah. That makes a little more sense. Thanks for the tip. I'll give it a whirl tomorrow. Looking for a 256 MB Plus in silver. Cheers mate.

No worries.

I saw plenty 7's in stock at my local store and those same 7's you can pre pay for it now.

Difference between 10pm and the 6am system is that at 10pm you have to pay to collect your model and at 6am onwards you can reserve to pickup without paying in advance.

If you miss a reservation because someone gets there first just hope they dont pick it up and it will become availible again at 10pm.

Looks like it's possible that us Amsterdam DHL guys are going to have their phones delivered tomorrow. DHL quote 2-5 days for their international mail. It's been 2-3 ish

I have a 4th-10th Oct Jet Black Plus on order. I noticed today that the money has been taken from my credit card so I'm hoping this means it'll be dispatched soon!
